Jack is not wired to go slow and control his striking power. His fighting style is designed to surprise and overpower his opponent. But he did control his power and slow down for his teammate.. Good job..
On the other hand, big respect for the bravery of his teammate. Despite knowing Jack’s fighting ability, still chooses to spar with him..💪🏼💪🏼🙌👏👏👏🥹🫡
p.s. both of them got promoted to red belt.

Why do you not jell during sparing
He was instructed to go slow during that fight-it was the red belt promotion sparring for both of them…
His sparing looks better that what i sea from some Olympic athletes his sparing style kind of reminds me of levent tuncat
