It is 171 calories for 1/6 of the amount of all of it. The recipe she made is about 6 cups so I think it's good.

This is not making them. This is just cutting up store bought product. Making shapes & putting them into the oven. I want to know how to actually make corn chips from scratch. Like corn, flaxseeds and a binder. Maybe cooked before crisping in oven or baked raw.
