Fantastic episode as usual. I didn't know about the cows being fed 15-20% of their feed from chicken feces/what's left on the floor after they're sent to slaughter. Also really liked that tidbit at the end about our white blood cells, and why they are lower in healthy plant-based eaters.
Unfortunately, our government and regulatory agencies have been taken over by corporations and private power, so they can be pushing unhealthy things. I haven't heard of the CDC being corrupted, though. They used rely on science and peer review, I believe.

they put chemicals on plants aswell. it is just that protein damages the kidneys so with plants you are better able to remove the chemicals.

As I recall, the lethality rate is pretty high with Avian flu, though I'm sure it matters which variant if it ends up transmitting human-to-human.
What about organic and regular mushrooms that are grown on chicken "litter"? Could we get sick with bird flu eating raw non cooked mushrooms? 🍄
i heard it doesnt effect the cows but they can pass it to humans,thought i also heard that they already had a stockpile of vaccines
