    I am a former nurse who does research as well, I never believed in the "thing" that caused so many problems. I was a great believer in Vitamin D and Zinc taken together proved a really good barrier against the 'thing'. Twice I was in direct contact with the virus but I got nothing as I upped my dose of vitamin D and zinc on those two occasions, I should have but I didn't. These two things I take every single day no matter what..

    Fascinating discussion. My first Son was born in Spain in 2008. He had pail skin and looked Anaemic. Everyday, they put him in low light sun for 1 hour a day x times a day, for the first week of his life. They said he needed the nourishment of the sun(i was sceptical but adhered) After a few days he started to eating and acting like a normal baby.. at first i was concerned, but i often think of it.. Now i understand and i am happy to say he is a very very healthy young sports athlete with exceptional health

It is always easy to be sanctimonious in hindsight. i agree though it was odd at the time. I would not have had them but like so many others there were very good reasons for us to do so. In my case I was travelling to the USA who would not let me in without a vaccine passport. So get off your high ground and be supportive to all those now victims. I was at the "ideal level" of vitamin d (100 ng/dl) 2 years ago... felt healthy and amazing energy. Dr. and naturopath told me to stop taking vitamin d supplements because my levels were getting too high, and I could get toxicity. I was taking 5000 IU a day. Stopped supplements and developed deficiency with a lot of health issues! I am in Canada, and I've started supplements again this week. I will always supplement from now on and just check my own levels! We can now order the test online without a Dr. Script. Hopefully every country will soon have this test available without a Dr script.

The largest at the middle of my abdomen and one on the right the size of a baseball, and they are shrinking every day. Zinc and copper will compete for absorption if taken at the same time. You typically want a ratio of 10:1 zinc to copper. I wouldn't supplement with copper unless taking 40mg zinc daily for a long time. Maybe 1mg copper at that point unless your water is entirely filtered or your diet is very lacking in copper rich foods

    • @mrd2346

    Wagner et al demonstrated that D deficiency during pregnancy created a wide variety of problems, especially in the Black population.
    Although D has been added to milk decades ago in the US, milk consumption is way down.
    Or when Army recruits were tested, their D levels had decreased despite being outdoors in sunny South Carolina. Why? Uniforms cover up skin.
    However, D is just one variable. There are also other significant nutritional deficiencies. In Cropper’s AF study, identifying and treated iron deficiencies dramatically reduced injuries and attrition.
    So if you’re serious about health, do a comp blood chemistry.

    Dr. Campbell;
    Lobby to create an organization that is given the same global recognition as the WHO.
    Consider teaming up with a group of like-minded health professionals from around the world and forming an alternative world health organization. Then lobby to have the organization given the same global recognition as the WHO.
    Ideally, there should be a minimum of ten independent globally recognized health organizations. Each organization should have ten independent sub organizations. Each sub organization ten independent sub sub organizations. And so on until every qualified health professional has the ability to be a member of one organization/sub organization and vote on policies pertaining to health care. All election rules apply. (Regular elections, Term limits. No rigging, No commissions for brands of medication dispensed, etc.)
    By having multiple globally recognized health organizations, and, further, all decision making put to the vote, it will not be financially practical for the Pharmaceutical Industry to successfully bribe all health organization officials with policies that negatively affect the global community.
