Awesome capture! May I feature this rejected takeoff in one of my next episodes? Of course with a link back to your original video. All the best to you!
Me and my wife were on this flight and Karen Richardson is my mother-in-law. For the 3 hours we were sat there we didn’t know if we were staying on the plane or not, it wasn’t until a few minutes before we were pushed back the 2nd we knew we were staying on. Apart from a bit of turbulence the rest of the flight was long and uneventful. Thanks for sharing this clip we’ve got another memory to add to an amazing holiday. Mike & Leah
The dreamer is quite a complex electrical system, its heavily complex with its generators and of course its batteries. It could simply have been a low voltage warning on one of the batts. 10+ hr flight with a low batt, but of a nono. It got off in the end so fixeable. Though on the trent engines can be iffy, if they get a cold core, they often have to go into hangar to warm up. which shows in a way some of the new issues pilots have with them.
Brilliant insight! 😍 yeh whatever the fault, it was good it could be fixed without causing too much hassle to the passengers. Though I’d probably want a new aircraft 😂
@@flght Little electrical wobbles are just little issues that do happen. Its like the planes that fly with faults to be corrected later- it happens.- the all end uup getting fixed up. and complying with regs. ok
By the way I asked the other day how to get to the south side of the runway park if you may or may not remember? I wanna how to get there from terminal 1 do I just walk past jet parks 3?
yeah, I’ve never done it on foot, but if you were to go past Jet Parks 3, turn right down Moss Lane, keep going around the two bends follow the road to the left at the house next to the Emergency access gates, either walk to the bottom and turn right up Altrincham Road or use the cut-through path (with wellies). Carry on all the way to the crash gate and then follow the road next to the fence to the left all the way down. John from Drones and Planes has some videos showing you the spots - check them out!
A big thank you to Karen Richardson for the information with this flight! Hopefully it was a great flight once it got going 😁
