Easy crochet Dress with Ruffles

Welcome back to my channel, today we are crocheting a dress with ruffles
Materials used:
Yarn-medium weight
Hook:3.5 mm
Darning needle
Stitch markers
Tape measure

Where is it twisting?
Probably the first chain was not straight before joining

Thank u for replying but i understand u continue as normal for the skirt part but what i want explained how do i go about making this dress to fit the waist up. When exsctly do i use the bust messurements

After the waist chain 3 do normal dc use 2 stitch markers on the sides of top.
Reduce in alternate rows until you reach your burst measurement then continue with normal dc.

Hey..after you finish working on the waist band do not cut off your yarn immediately we start working on the upper part immediately which is a row of dc
