When I called my husband after attending the Okie Homestead event and told him about what happened. That's the first thing he said was that you were there to talk about planting seeds, but you still did by planting seeds of faith in all who attended! God is using you mightily! 22 years ago my daughter was almost killed in a 4 wheeler accident. After weeks in the hospital, 13 major injuries (including 3 brain bleeds a broken back and her face ripped off from the nose down) and months of intense therapy she made it through. She still has memory and back issues and always will but she lived because of all the prayers. We didn’t have social media back then but we had prayer chains !
I am so glad that everyone is okay and will heal well. God is good!!!

When a person came in who had a 4 wheel accident, our ER dr would start cursing 🤬
A friend of mine online who I got to know in real life.. Her brother was found under his 4 wheeler dead one day when he didn't come back from checking his farm. I can't remember if he had cows or what but it was so tragic. He wasn't that old and had a family.
My sons were in a roll (4-5 times) over accident on the way to college. Their tire blew out & they were in a Ford Explorer, known to the same accident.
The Explorer crushed like a tine can & all the windows blew out. Same as you they survived, Cody with a mild concussion & Wesley with a laceration that needed stitches. This was the first day out of the nest for Wesley. God sent their angels to protect them. God is in control of every details of our lives. 🙏🏼🕊️💙

I gave my daughter’s safety to God on her deployments to Iraq & Afghanistan. He brought her home to us safely, I thank HIM every night in my prayers for my daughters.

Almost 15 years ago we lost our 13 yr old boy in an ATV accident. I am so glad that you all came out of this. It took us a long time but we went back to riding. As you said living farm life comes with dangers but it also very rewarding. All my love to you. Faith keeps you going.

Sorry for your loss. ATV accident should’ve caused me to lose my Life 18 months ago. I am a walking miracle. Few weeks on vacation in a hospital broken bones head injury. Why God chooses to keep some On this earth and call others home we will only know when we get to heaven. God bless

I watched this first time, and so moved by the Power of God. His hand was on you, to tell others how great He is. Love you all.
I'm seeing this video in May 2024. I was hit by the raw emotion but also when you discussed your faith. My daughter moved over 7 hours away in Nov 2023 and is in my daily prayers with me asking for God to watch over her and protect her. Friday afternoon before Christmas (a 3-day weekend), she was driving an hour away from her new home and her car broke down. She was able to get her car to a safe location but we were too far away to help. She called an auto parts store explaining her situation. The gentleman referred her to a mechanic. The mechanic came out and checked her car but couldn't assist but he used his last tow of the year to have her car towed to the dealership and he asked another friend if she could borrow his spare car which he did. It ended up being her tranny which the mechanic took care of. We had 3 angels helping her that day. A reminder that you may be helping God answer someone else's prayers. God bless you all!

Our oldest daughter passed away from a severe asthma attack. She was 12 and it was the roughest and most horrible Experience I ever went through. From her Turing blue to CPR and her passing away. Even though she went to heaven God was with me, her, & our Family. Prayers for your healing. We share our Strong Faith and talk about it too on our channel due to our loss. We push forward because that is what she would want us to do. Thank God for everything for sure.

But we share her story even if it is a chance to save some one by making them more aware of asthma and so much more. God has never left my side. I miss her greatly. And we push forward everyday on our homestead because it was her dream too.

As a former medic, I can tell you the best thing I could do after my patient was airborne, is care for the hearts of parents. I'm so sorry this happened but so glad that firefighter knew it was important to just let you process it all. God bless you and the kids. So glad they are ok.

I’m so sorry that y’all went through that bad experience. i know Jesus was with all of you. he loves you so much. i had a bad experience myself with my kids and if it wasn’t for Jesus we wouldn’t be here today. i had a bad blow- out and my car was going to go over the rall and fall on the underpass. i scream out Jesus name and he took over my car, i couldn’t do nothing with the stiring wheel. the car went to the left and i was facing the traffic, nobody hit us that was Gods doing, he took care of us. all the glory to God.

This is a remarkable story of love within a family. My daughter, Emma, was kicked by a horse at the age of thirteen and received a concussion with a depressed skull fracture as a result. I remember praying on the way to the hospital to just make her brain be okay. She recovered so well that she is now a veterinarian training to be a veterinary anesthesiologist. I still remember that terror because you love your children more than anything. I am so happy for you that your lovely family had a happy ending to your story. May God continue to bless you all.

I Remember the day my dad called me about my mothers wreck on her trike motorcycle. He was a retired Air Force pilot. I had never heard him so hysterical! He has never sounded like that. It was awful! It was the worst day ever! I’m so thankful for your family to be ok!

My son had a double stroke right in front of me on Easter Sunday morning 2021 so I watched this video and cried thru a lot of it. There’s NOTHING like nearly losing your children before your eyes to give you a lifetime of PTSD (aside from losing them).
Likewise, I broke my neck in five places while pregnant with my son in a triple rollover car accident in the middle of the desert and help was two hours away. Four young men traveling toward us saw our headlights pointing toward heaven and followed them to see what it was. When they found us, one of the young men asked what he could do for me, as I was paralyzed from neck down. I asked him to pray with me.
I was life flighted to a trauma center and put into a coma for a few weeks to stabilize for surgery. I left that hospital a month later after learning to walk again and many other things like holding a spoon.
Eight months later I gave birth to the love of my life, my son Jonathan. I’ve been able bodied since I left the hospital and ALL OF THIS is by God’s love and grace for us. The same thing happened to you and your children. God had you cradled in His arms. It’s evident you know that.

@@laraoneal7284 he had one stroke then soon after had another stroke, thus a double stroke. The second was due to the incompetence of the attending ER “doctor” who denied my insistence of an MRI and diagnosed him with vertigo and sent him home. Shortly thereafter, he had the 2nd stroke. 😢 all the signs of stroke were there…I should’ve taken him to another hospital as I was certain he’d had a stroke. I’m angry with the doctor for his ego and for myself for not listening to what I knew was right.

I am very thankful you are all okay!♥️ I also had a miracle, I spent 46 days in Dallas Presbyterian in Dallas, Texas. I had acute severe pancreatitis with two pseudocyst, I am fine now. Thanks to all the people praying and my brilliant doctor, I have never had pancreatitis again. God is good!🙏♥️🙏
18 years ago come May, my family went through something similar. My brothers were in a bad car accident coming back from our other farm an hour away. Both were med flighted to UW Madison for their injuries. My mother and then sister-in-law spent a week at the hospital making the decisions while my father and I took care of the milking and care of the cows. Luckily both were released within 2 weeks and by the end of summer were back to normal. God does work in mysterious ways. Glad everyone is doing OK
So many feelings... Praying as you were relating everything, so thankful to God all survived. Keep telling your story. I don't remember if it was my life in law enforcement, an advocate or involvement with our Suicide Task Force/Resource Center, but I "learned" you need to tell your story @ 35 times before you can get through a trauma.
I've come to truly care about you and love you and I so appreciate that you guys are doing this. It's so wonderful to hear someone else as they work through life.
Oh my gosh, I have never heard such a heart wrenching story. This is an amazing story, and we are with you 100%. Just so you know that I am not necessarily a believer, but your story did affect me. I’ve recently tried to pray for my son who has been struggling. And so far, it has worked. Not sure that it is my prayer that worked or just the normal fate, but I’m still willing to try.

We just went through something like this with our 23 year old grandson. God is so good. He answers prayer. Thank you Jesus that these children were okay.
Anyone who knows you and your wife already know that you two are really fantastic parents. Although your wife is crying we can all tell that this was a really heart breaking tragedy even though you are keeping yourself together I can tell that your service related training and LEO training you have kept your feeling intact. I would bet that this night must have been really rough night for everyone. Glad to hear everyone is currently in better condition. Don't be afraid to break down. I have also seen a lot in many years of EMS.

What those sweet kids had was shock. It's a common problem after a trauma. Amnesia a very common reaction of the mind to protect the brain and somehow shield it. Time heals in so many ways.
So happy all ended well.

That song you heard on your way to the hospitals, Breathe, and DJ couldn’t breathe very well, I’m telling you God does that ALL the time! That has happened to me, to my family, to my daughter and so many more who listen during an event. God comes through to us via songs on the radio. Incredible!

Many people in the comment section have mentioned helmets. I can't begin to say how vital they are when participating in certain activities. My husband was riding his bike on a road wearing his helmet and obeying all the traffic rules when he was hit by a hit and run driver. He was severely injured and almost lost his life, but his bike helmet saved his head and his brain. The whole side of the helmet was smashed in. Had he not been wearing it, he would have died. Thank God he completely recovered. So glad that your family is ok.🙏❤
Doctors and nurses refer to patients who aren't wearing helmets as organ donors.
Glad your husband survived too! My 14 yr old cousin and his 14 yr old friend rode a motorcycle, probably without helmets back then, just across the street to the grocery store probably for a coke or ice cream. I never knew what... a drunk man hit them and they were both killed. It was a hit and run, but later when the man realized what he had done, he turned himself in.. Lanny always said good night, sweet dreams and good bye to his family before bed every night. Someone wrote a poem with those words and it was read at their double funeral ❤❤
@@marymarysmarket3508Yes and some drs sat that about bike and 4 week riders. I have a friend who has raced bikes his entire life. I am sure he wears a helmet but I cant tell you how many broken feet and legs he has had, and even let his son who is grown with his own children now.

Amen brother. I’m a Disabled law enforcement officer from Hancock County Mississippi. It’s hard on us out there. No one knows what a officer has to go through until it happens. My brother and to his family you are in my prayers. Like I tell my family God has a reason for us to be here.I have gone through two divorces in law enforcement and now I’m 63 and single it like I have no friends. When I was in law enforcement I had lots of people call me as a friend now I don’t hear from anyone of them. God bless you and your family my brother God has us here for a reason

All I know and believe is God is simply "love" and that "love" is inside each and every one of us. Our very purpose of living is to go through life, good and bad, learn and remember and share above all we are "love".

There is a big difference between organized labels and money and God.

A man walking this world crossing paths with all people in life opens his arms to love.
He opens his mind and his heart to live a life that does not need to mention the word God because his heart and his mind and actions will embrace all in the light and love of God. God is pure love, simply love. God is the easiest form of love that is so simple, people question it. Our actions our words Express above all in our mind and hearts that which is God, that which is love.
We are made of God and the breath he breathes into us is pure love. That love is for us to embrace within ourselves and to touch our lives with such a breathtaking love.
When I hear you guys speak of God it is not all the ego-driven money hungry shove it down your throat you're a sinner.
When I hear you guys speak of God when I hear and feel and remember, is purely God"s heart and love, Thank you for sharing your beautiful hearts. Thank you for sharing such love and laughter. Thank you for sharing of God in such a warm and beautiful way instead of a jealous angry going to kill the world because no one who has been born has a brain, way.

I can not imagine what your family went through but as a mom I am so grateful to God, our precious Father, for literally taking your children in His precious arms to bring them through what they had just been through. Just found this video today and never realized this had happened. I had a health scare 5 years ago being diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and at first was terrified if the treatments and surgery. My faith, family and friends got me through the worst of it. God healed me and when I go in for checkups, I can give encouragement to patients starting treatment. A lot of people were so thankful to me for just listening, having a shoulder to cry on or just sit with. In July, I will be 3 years in remission.
It was a tragedy, but it turned out to be giving God all the Glory. God is Good, His will to perform, and sometimes miracles included. Praise God! Thank you for sharing God's Goodness.
Praying for speedy recovery not just physically mentally and emotionally as well. God has big plans for your family

As a Trauma Center RN this is an all to frequent part of what we do. Praise God for these pilots, paramedics, EMTs, firefighters who make these rescues and transports happen safely. The amount of moving parts that coordinate this is amazing. The staff in the Trauma Bays are incredible as well. Even though the Injury Severity Scores may not have been that high, this level of care is provided because of the potential of severe injury from the mechanisms. God Bless your family.
God touches lives everyday and in my eyes y’all were a part of one his many miracles. So glad everyone was ok and thank you for your touching speech. God is using you to reach people.
What I appreciate the most is how respectful you are of each other in the way that you communicate together. You set a beautiful example of how practicing constant mutual respect provides a safe harbor in an emergency.

could of been a lot worse without them seatbelts. it’s very sad to hear the kids and parents got hurt that’s just terrible. thanks for the fast reaction of the dad doing what he had to do. my prayers to the family and hopefully everything turns out good for a speedy recovery.

I have seen families lose multiple members in 1 wreck. It completely ruined their family. They are not the same people at all, and one has died of depression. So THANK GOD this did not end that way‼️🤗🙏It’s bad enough to lose one, but 2 or 3 or more… it’s just… it breaks your reality.

So sorry for what you went through. This brought home to me our accident. We were headed to the lake, 5 in our family, and the neighbours boy. The neighbours were following behind us. The next thing, my hubby pulled out to pass the car in front of us, and he decided to pull over to pass the one in front of him. He didn't see us, because his mirrors were not working. My hubby took the ditch, we jumped a river, rolled three times on the other side, and came to a stop in the grass, upside down. There were people everywhere, and a few of our friends stopped to help. I was trapped in the car, the kids were all out and my poor hubby was trying to go between all of us. This was before seat belts, and the kids were thrown clear. There were ambulances along the road. Our daughter had a ruptured spleen, our oldest was "scalped" 185 stitches. Our baby 18 months old had cuts on his hand and above his eye. I had my leg trapped between the roof and the frame of the car. The fire department had to cut me out. We had beer in the cooler, which we were going to share at the lake, the RCMP found all the bottles with the caps still on. Our poor poodle, didn't know what was going on, thank God our good friend, took him home. She went home and got our car, and brought it to the hospital. Thankfully everyone wound up at the same hospital. To this day, I thank God for all he did for us. We could have lost all three kids. Your story brought such tears to my eyes, and made me remember our accident, in 1976. You are so blessed to have family and friends. God looks after us. I believe in miracles, and have seen a few in my time. Wishing you many successes. I love your you tubes. Always interesting.
