Police Officer REACTS to Car Chase in Video Games - Ігри
The incident with the stolen tank had ended after he tried to crossover onto the other side of the highway and gotten it stuck over the cement barricades, this incident happened back in 1995. Also the "Killdozer" incident was the result of small town corruption if I remember correctly.
Yeah killdozer is like punisher. They're symbols of when people are failed by the system because of corruption
If it's the one I'm thinking of, the stolen tank could have been going for the nearby hospital, well in view of where it got stuck.
@@boat02 You are correct, they thought he was heading for the Sharp Memorial Hospital where he tried to sue them in 1990 over the death of his mother.
No, it ended because he got stuck in the basement of someone's house, and it happened because he thought everyone was out to get him and started believing God was telling him to go on that rampage, there's actually a whole documentary on Netflix about it where they play his taped manifesto
@@TheOneManWhoBeatYou That is the cover story to make the town look better.
Shoutout to the Killdozer situation. I think the only life taken was the Dozer’s driver and that was self inflicted. The story telling his situation and breaking point is tragic.
Grand lake colorado i live in colorado that was crazy
He had guns outfitted to the dozer, he was intending to kill others.
His life was the only one taken, but it wasn’t for lack of trying. Also the story isn’t tragic, shit stain got butt hurt the people he was giving the run around said fuck it bought the land next to his and blocked a short cut. He then took out his anger on the people that wronged him, like the mayor’s widow, dozens of school children enjoying story time, and the elderly!
@@CharizardMaster69 not a shortcut, the only road to his business, they basically made him have no job.
@@Unboundiing He shoulda thought about that lol.
I love how he said about BeamNG "If it took into account inertia, gravity... Like a true driver simulation" when thats literally what the game is 💀
Because they obviously didnt. Its not realistic enough.
10:50 this is a joke. Jumping truck on a such ground/grass (dont know what word to use) with such high speed? It would have been over already.
@@stprm2013 Thats bc that truck isnt meant to be realistic, if you look up people playing it realistically and not like that, its the closest thing to reality we have. You can modify every single factor, every part of the engine is simulated snd can be damaged with use and wear and tear or slight damage to a specific spot, and side by side shots of real crashes vs the game are almost identical
@@stprm2013 That's a mod, and since it's a game, people can just mod the vehicles to be absolute units.
@@tplouffe9226 so his comment about inertia and gravity still stands, since a mod modified the game. Never played it but I watched a few videos and it seems closer to Fast and Furious laws of physics than real life ones...
@@LilGamingYes Well, you're wrong.
I remember the tank in San Diego, it had huge media coverage and honestly was so bizarre that you couldn't stop watching the pursuit. The tread did get stuck and a very brave officer popped the hatch and ended it. He was definitely a hero that day 😋
One of our friends is a San Diego County sheriff's deputy and he loves these kinds of games. He told us if the developers made a realistic cop game, it would be so boring. They spend most of their day at the desk doing paperwork or if they're out on patrol, most of the day is responding to small things around the community. He said the best days are when nothing major happens and they can go home and relax with family and friends. He said he's been lucky that in his 25 year career he's only had to draw his gun a handful of times.
There's at least one realistic cop game out there. I can't remember the name of it but it's a simulator and it goes about how you'd expect.
@@mechanomics2649 Except those sort of glitches don't happen in the real world. I'd hope not at least.
Are you referring to the game "ready or not"? That's what comes to mind
8:41 I have not played BeamNG Drive but I will try to explain it in my own words: players customize their own vehicles (in this case, police vehicles) and test drive them but the game has an emphasis on "realistic" physics and damage
Yeah it is pretty realistic, its just mods and those edge-case situations where BeamNG starts acting something less than realistic. Like crashing at around 300 mph into a sharp edge, that was a fun crash for me to witness, the JBeams stretching to infinity and beyond, just a short wall of black tyre polygon across the map. As an example, the mod shown here with the 8x8 with the ram plow and likely a hidden JATO rocket somewhere doesn't have the finesse of the dev-made vehicles, the ram plow's JBeams are far too durable and the time it was flying down the road would have drained a rocket fuel tank the size of the truck bed. Its an amazingly fun game though and the devs are the best devs in the world in my opinion.
@@Avetho It should also be known that the game has received various updates that have made everything much more realistic. I would like to see him react to the current version's AI set to "chase me" Also that mad max mod was updated recently (past couple months) and now those missles explode.
Police: we need air support!
Helicopter Pilot with a banner: you can do it!
And now, let Chris react on the arrests scenes from Need For Speed
Mostly Undercover
@@kaitospence18 on UA-cam is really great compilation of all arrests from the first need for speed, when cops appeared
Yes undercover please
Most wanted as well
Undercover is way more brutal than MW 2005 lmao, cops in those busted scenes literally abuse you
Interesting note about the killdozer: if I recall correctly the officers couldn’t get into it after the man took his life, and they had to go get a welders torch and cut a hole in the tank.
Yup, he had welded himself in because he had zero plans of getting out of the situation alive. He didn’t just kill himself because the dozer got stuck.
Did he just teach us how to escape cop chase? Haha cool
yeah, go on and try pahahaha
@@emulation2369 I wish lol
Use an incredibly fuel efficient vehicle and drive at the speed limit, they can't stop you if you keep moving regardless of what's in front of you. Also helps using a non descript car during rush-hour.
@@callummclachlan4771 You could also live in new york and have a fast car, no plates, endanger others. The cops policy is to not chase if you do that.
burnout paradise would have been such a good choice for this, love the crash physics.
Criterion with NFS heat says hi.
with the thumbnail I was hoping he would react to the OG Most Wanted pursuits xD
Me too. I wonder how he'd react to the dialogue from the scanner
Imagine his reaction to Most Wanted, Carbon, and especially Undercover's busted scenes.
I love how he explains in depths what is their strategy during a pursuit
Car Chases yet they didn't even showed atleast some Pursuit videos of NFS Most Wanted '05
Edit: For example, the radio chat conversations of the Polices, the usage of Helicopter to keep the suspect spotted, Spike strips, The ambushing tactics of the police vehicles *(Those damn SUVs!)*
Not just Most wanted. For the most part just about any NFS polic3 chatter was pretty good. Rivals was also really well done.
Where's Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005)??????
Wait its notnim the video????? I'm stopping then.
@@lordkiza8838 do you guys need to be so overdramatic?
That one was the best!!
seeing the M3 and the video cutting to modern MW was such a blue-ball moment
yeah… wanna see how he comments on police killed by collapsed buildings
Not in the United States but Dubai does own a Bugatti Veyron, and has made it a police car. The last generally fast car ever used for policing, was the old Camaro's in the 90s.
Dubai is also the definition of a turd wrapped in gold.
Quick note, the Nfs Rivals footage is captured in Kph and not Mph so the speeds are ranging from 100-180+ mph!
Quick note, it was nfs hot pursuit
I'm about 86% sure somebody already wrote this down but: albeit only one, but the Italian Police does have a Bugatti patrol car I think in the Highway Police branch. I did see it on scene once whilst coming home from vacation in Italy.
I like how they show the mosth unrealistic BeamNg Car Chase.
fr I bet the title of the beamng video was ,,Ultra Epic Insane Speed Police Chases''
Imagine being chased by him and then saying him you seen him on UA-cam and liking a video with him and he leaves you after
That would be awesome!
Always love to see Chris on the channel! I do wonder what he thinks about police chatter in different games (NFS MW2005 for example), if any codes that they are using are accurate and how it compares to real life initially.
The fact that this man has galetmon figure on his wall has my respect
You should do an episode of a crash test worker reacting to BeamNG.
I do kinda want him to react to some of the pursuit tactics the police use through out the Need for Speed series, especially the Rhino SUVs in Carbon and how they'll try to stop the player by just ramming them head on.
And the cop chatter mw 2005 with the conditions, when I heard condition 5 calls I was scared
Officer: there is a gun on top of this police car , not realistic
Mexican law enforcement: 👀
Federales are a different breed 😅
The police become the new gangsters
Gamolgy never disappoints
Glad to hear this
i remember in GTA San Andreas around 5 Stars the Army just comes in having enough of your Shooting...
6 Stars was funny too but extremely difficult :D
5 stars would be the FBI
After GTA 4 it's usually FBI and NOOSE
The DLC in GTA 4 introduced the NOOSE APC, the closest thing to a tank, but still as problematic.
Get him to react to the final chase in need for speed heat please
I want him to react to the last Police chase from NFS Most Wanted 2005 with the big SUVs trying to stop you from 200mph to 0mph in 0 seconds hahaha
Rip Marvin Heemeyer, handled every issue he had himself when no one supported him
Yeah...you should watch the Netflix documentary about him and that whole situation including his own taped manifesto as he built that tank, offers a much more balanced and fair view of it. Guy went crazy and started believing God was telling him to go on that rampage
@@TheOneManWhoBeatYou even though i dont care for the god bit, he did state, "I was always willing to be reasonable until I had to be unreasonable" and "Sometimes reasonable men must do unreasonable things." none of it would have happened if the town gave any care to what his issues were, similar to Sky King in 2018 with the stolen plane, had issues no one helped him with and got desperate.
@@klayman2 Yes, in his mind he was reasonable, but people tend to feel that when they get an undesirable result to their struggle regardless of the other sides argument. You watch the documentary his neighbours and members of the town council tell it differently and give good logical and legal reasons for actions against him. There are many criminals out there who will say their actions were justified too convince not only other people but themselves as well
@@TheOneManWhoBeatYou There are many people who say many things, none of that has anything to do with what is being talked about here.
@@klayman2 and the guy that flew a plane into the irs
I love the choice of car for the thumbnail, that was the perfect choice. lol
The Killdozer thing is even more nuts when you remember it was about whether or not he could dump sewerage in a buried concrete mixer.
wasn't that at all, his main reason was a concrete plant being built, he told them it was too close to his property and blocked part of his land, they sided against him in court and he said "I was always willing to be reasonable until I had to be unreasonable"
Killdozer was completely justified, perfect case of a man rising against corrupt bullshit even if the conclusion to the situation was not exactly inspiring.
3:46 when he smashed into the corvette got me dying
Why is this making real police pursuits sound so easy 💀
KILLDOZER WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR HEARTS, THE PURE SYMBOLISM OF FREEDOM
He says there's Hollywood magic when it comes to crookiness of crops LOL make me laugh harder
But it's also because the government gives out orders to you know make it seem like they're the enemy and also at it make school shootings come up all sorts of things it's just a government understand it's everything's the government
in the uncharted clip they arent fleeing from police its a mercenary band they are fleeing from
KillDozer is Man Cornered Into Madness By Town Wrongdoings
He's a Hero
Nice job giving us valuable info with every game shown
Would be nice with some GTA 4 gameplay. GTA IV's driving physics would be right up Chris's alley.
maybe 1 of these days he can react to emergency 4, maybe even play it
ah yes, nfs only time where police cars are faster than highly modified cars
I’m not sure if it happens in America but in Australia if you reach a specific speed limit the police stop chasing you
Can't wait for - Serial Killer REACTS to Manhunt
This but unironically.
Mans was talking about a "true driver simulator" while watching someone play the most realistic car simulator in existence
His face in the thumbnail is speechless
I think it would be great idea to let him react to some FIVEM RP police scenes.
Officer Christopher. Belive me you are never too old to learn how to drive in game. It's only require a lot of time I know peace.
the tank high centered himself on a highway devider
5:30 120mph...until a german tourist who forgets about the speed limit comes from behind "out of the way"
Thank you mr cop person with the swat background. Your insight was very insightful
I like how he taken the most realistic game on this list, Beamng driver, and called it “completely unrealistic”
It was just the game play. I learned more about this game from you guys.
Well, he is dead spot on, its completely unrealistic.
What is that sh*t on 10:50 mark? Jumping truck on a such ground/grass (dont know what word to use) with such high speed? Joke.
And its not most realistic game of this list, GTA definitely is.
@@stprm2013 Well, I wouldn't say that his statement is "spot on", at least I can't understand why he says so because in uncharted for example there was exactly the same scenario 13:51 and for some reason the guy in the video doesn't really say anything particularly bad about the moment with a truck chase, like not only such vehicle goes off road on such speeds but the main character also jumps from car to car. Like, its not realistic from any point of view.
In Beamng driver, yes, the truck would probably jump on the bump and in the end trip on its own ramp and fold itself in half but for the rest I would say that from the physics point of view it looks much more realistic than the rest of the games on this list. The offroad might simply be not as bumpy as you make it look. And plus, you really would say that NFS or even GTA is much more realistic than Beamng driver? The game that focuses heavily on realism? I think that this statement is just dumb. The only thing that wouldn't be realistic is the scenario itself, in reality you will never see a Police limo car with a minigun on the top in an actual chase but thats also completely ok because Beamng driver is a sandbox where you can tweak everything to your needs.
@@stprm2013 hey thanks for supporting my comment…
@@OdiOneKenobi It focus heavily on realistic physics, but the AI is far from realistic.
There was an incident were a young conscript stole a Marder Ifv in Hamburg in the 70s and rampaged through the city. I thing it ended with a police officer boarding the thing on full speed
when someone understand that games need to cool and not so realistic and react i like it so much
Hey Gamology it would be really cool to see a British UK / European officer react to this too!!
"If you did something that caused major injury or death to someone, there's going to be an investigation"
Unless it's the Arkansas State Patrol, where 90 mph PITs are used on escaping shoplifters, anyway.
Sure there's an investigation, they investigate themselves and find nothing wrong then either suspend the offending officers with pay or transfer them to another department.
@@mechanomics2649 pretty sure with the ASP, they just give em a commendation and a raise.
Should have done Midnight Club LA where you can run away from the arrest
Fr they missed some good ones
Helicopter overhead he won't get away. Tell that to the dude who had the redeye on the highway
"We're not doing the pit at those speeds"
ASP disagrees xD
110 on a motorcycle seems faster than 120 in a car. Probably because of the helmet. And the zero safety features.
Ahh. The classic Ford GTO Police car. Who could forget
Street racing is more popular now because people move next to a race track. Complaints get said track closed, and now it's either racing your buddies on the street or driving 300 miles for the closest actual track.
in splinter cell conviction some of the guards at a roadblock complain about how stupid roadblocks are
8:40 its basicly a sanbox game, it is focused on car physics but you can do like challenges and i think there are police chases
I'm glad that there was mention to NFS Hot Pursuit!
8:40 The game is BeamNG Drive, it is a sandbox so the goal would be up to you but the interesting part is just smashing cars.
God, 110 on a motorcycle, I’d need new pants 😂
I remember watching 3 cops chase a truck dude came up the off ramp made it 1/4mi down the road t boned a car rolled 3x truck bed came off cab stopped upside down 100yds further down the road, s*** was wild 😮
I think this is the third time Chris has mentioned the Killdozer on Gameolgy lol. That being said there is actually a fascinating and and informative documentary on Netflix about the whole rampage and what led up too it including the guys taped manifesto as he built the thing
Right!
1:49 lmfao I don't know how he can say this with a straight face at this point.
The Big Dog Commander Chris!!! (Salute)
Hey hey
a police technical with an m2 browning on top would be pretty cool ngl
Hey i got a question for our officer here :) in the GTA V clip you said at 5 stars the army come after you, has there been a moment in real life where the army join the police in stopping a bad guys.
The nfs games would've been so easy and so much fun if the cops were like he explained :)
In Heat the Corvette cops are good looking but they are sorta annoying, because even if you have like a Regera, they can still keep up sometimes
My local police department uses Walmarts cameras, social media and the community to solve their crimes for them.
"He would not he able to push that car back" *chuckles in P60B40* 400hp and 500 lb-ft of torque would do a lot of work on the soft compound race tires they ran on the rad variant M3 GTRs. It would absolutely move a vette out of the way... if the actual car wasnt rendered useless after being shoved into a warehouse wall like that
10:55 I love Chris mentioning what would happen if the developers (basically) made the game more realistic. "The game" being BeamNG, which has the stated goal of being the most realistic physics simulator ever made. The developers would also tell you that they aren't done yet. You can only do so much with a small team and a decade of work. But as far as realism is concerned? BeamNG is the only realistic game here.
Crashing into a wall at 150mph:
Need For Speed: sparks and smoke effects, mild inconvenience, chance of failing race.
BeamNG: body parts fly a few hundred feet away, car folds into an accordion, engine destroyed.
"I wanna say 15 years ago someone stole a tank from a depot in San Diego" bro you are way off, that was damn near 30 years ago
"We don't have any of these specialty cars." Yea.. Probably because the police crush the cars they could use to keep up with some of the faster civilian ones lol.
Nfs police chase cars are also a favorite dream for a police officer . I like it.
kinda interested in him reacting to gta rp police chases
Kill Dozer guy is a legend. The government pushed him so far.
10:08 Dude. The San Diego Tank incident was 28 years ago, 1995.
Agreeable a crown vic just SCREAMS police
ChrisTheCop i love that way he give words to it

for getting infront the UK police do sometimes do that for t-pack manoeuvrers to box in the suspect
Holy crap, talk about bone chilling irony @1:50: "If you did something that caused major injury or death to, uh.., suspect, there's going to be an investigation."
Now take into account this video was posted September 23rd, 2022.. just 4 days prior on September 19th, 2022, Platteville police put a 20 yr old female into an SUV parked on train tracks and then left her unattended to get hit by a train.. Given some time to record, post editing before upload.. Officer Chris might have been making that statement on or just before that same day.. 🤯
You need to watch FiveM RP chases, there is some really realistic ones.
It's over Anakin, I have the high ground!
Car Chases. He reacts to more than one.
There was a were a couple of people who actually got hold of tanks, 1 in the US & another in a different country. The one in the US went into a neighborhood smashing cars & a motor home, broke a fire hydrant, & he even tried to break a support from a bridge until that didn't work. He went on the highway, tried to break through the median but the tank got stopped. Cops opened the hatch, tried to get the driver to stop, when he didn't he was shot through the shoulder & killed.
For the beamng one, thats not what police chases are like in beamng.
They should of show them most wanted the OG. The cop chases were amazing in that game.
I heard a dev say that video games are made with the most badass people in mind and these things should not be done by normal people but some try anyway
I hate how unrealistic the cops are in NFS, they're WAY too aggressive chasing down suspects. You're pretty much putting everyone else on that road including yourself at risk and potentially destroying public properties. You serve to protect and save lives and property, not the opposite.
I mean the game would be boring as hell if they only chased from a distance thats why a lot of people like NFS cop chases so much cause theres a challenge to it the longer they chase the harder it gets but then if you do escape you get a bigger the reward. Also game lore kinda makes it make sense why the cops are so aggressive. And third point NFS never was about being realistic it always was and always will be the arcady racing game not a simulator and thats also one of the points why people prefer it over some of the other games because its simply more fun.
It's a game not a cop chase simulator.
Don't get me started on how a Crown Vic somehow breaks the sound barrier when chasing someone.
@@DjurrenArt Had crown vics sticking to my bumper like glue while going 400km/h + in my Bugatti Cheyron
