We asked Mexican papás to taste test and rank different TAKIS chips flavors! They tried all sorts of Takis like Takis fuego, Takis nitro, Takis nacho xplosion, Takis crunchy fajitas, Takis blue heat, Takis guacamole, Takis intense nacho! Will the dads love Takis or will they hate them? You'll have to wait and see! Takis are a Mexican brand of rolled corn tortilla chip snack made by Barcel. Fashioned after the taquito, it comes in numerous flavors and the the best selling flavor is the chili-lime "Fuego" flavor, sold in distinctive purple bags. Takis were invented in Mexico in 1999 and introduced to the United States in 2004.

I love the guy with the stache. He doesn't seem particularly impressed by anything, but his ratings never go below a 5. So he comes off kinda harsh, but he's surprisingly generous with his ratings. XD I love his energy

Would love a vid with the dads trying out spicy snacks and dishes from other countries. These fellas seem to have a good handle on heat and their tastes are different enough that we could get a variety of opinions of spicy Asian, Indian, or South American food.

I remember the first time I ever tried blue Takis was back in 2014 when living in Mexico. They were debuted in stores for an advertisement of the new Godzilla movie, the blue fire he spat was what inspired the company to make them blue in the first place. It’s crazy how popular they are now in the US 🙌🏼

My wife brought me a bag of the Takis Fuego back to South Africa. We have nothing like it in terms of the lime flavour. I started a bit confused but after a few more I love them. 😁
right? NikNaks should use a similar powder too, or they should start selling them too…at least they can be ordered online and some random shops might have them, maybe in the foreign stuff sections…

i LOVE Takis. my most favorite flavor is the crunchy fajitas one. that's my go to. the Fuego was pretty good. some days depending on my spice tolerance, I'm able to handle the Fuego flavor and some days I'm not able to. it just depends. the guacamole...tbh i really didn't like them. to me they tasted nasty, and i really love guacamole but on the Takis, no. I've yet to try other Takis flavors like the nacho flavor, the blue heat and nitro. i e tried another Takis flavor but they don't have it in the US but they have it in Mexico and that flavor is the salsa brava. to me, that flavor was not at all spicy. but it has a pretty good flavor. and I've tried Takis original flavor there too but that one i would say tastes exactly like the crunchy fajita, it's just named different.

Nitro is good you should try, its less spicy than fuego and i think fuego sucks tbh because you cant taste any flavor just spice. but with nitro you taste more flavor while theres still a zing
