    1) In any method (rubbing method )we make any types of cookies sir
    2) The cookie's thickness increases or decreases when it is kept in the fridge sir

      10 gm cornflour for 100 gm maida( but it needs to be checked whether it is bread flour or all purpose flour)

    Hi Anna..thank you so much.Anna i have ifb microwave +convection oven..i did plum cake in this oven(170c la 50mins).but top was layer burnt.
