It is amazing how he can do every song on his playlist differently each time he performs it. The Singer version was excellent, as is this one. But so different from each other. Only Dimash could do that. In this version, his dynamics are off the charts. He is so uniquely passionate about his interpretations. I simply cannot get enough! I love this song. more than once and I cried and despite the sad story told on the channel Gloria You, I personally think that the dimashka voice is slightly distorted, especially it is heard at the beginning (sometimes this happens if, for example, as in this case, subtitles were imposed) I suggest to listen to this performance from Dimash chanel for example
I agree with this. The singer 2017 Autumn Strong (from Gloria Wu’s channel), is my all time favorite. It was the first time ever that Dimash sang in Chinese; he did not speak the language and had to learn the song phonetically (that is a feat in itself); it totally delighted his Chinese audience. Also there is a very high portion that Dimash did in the Singer that he doesn’t do in concert, and that high portion transports me in another world, it is angelic. You need to hear it, even if you don’t react to it!!

There is no question that Dimash has an amazing out of this world voice, probably a once in a lifetime voice. However, I have to admit that since his songs are rarely sung in English, he sounds so similar in all his videos. So I can't get emotional about them. However, it doesn't take away his greatness, but I do appreciate your reaction, since you being a singer probably gives you a better take on his performance. In fact, I enjoyed your emotional journey.
And what about instrumental music? Doesn’t it evoke any emotions in you? Or do you refrain from listening to any music without lyrics? Dimash’s voice is his instrument and a person can hear and feel emotions without having to understand the words.

We have something in common-this is also my favorite Dimash performance, for the same reasons you mentioned. A once-in-a-lifetime singer and I am glad to have been able to witness this. You are wonderful, as well, and I enjoy your reactions, very much.
His reniditions of autumn strong in his last 4 concerts are out of this world. he ended the song without mic in each of these. The Moscow and Riga versions are the most intricate. The kiev is simple yet other worldly.
The dears will guide you to the best version of his songs. Gloria Wu tells the background story and also shows Dimash worried that his Chinese pronouncement might not be up to standard. The audience loved it though. I am 75 yr old lady from U.K. I travelled to Latvia to see his live concert in March just before his tour got cancelled due to pandemic. It was fantastic. Dimash can rock and rap and do runs, and opera and anything else. I love it ALL. Xx

I'm a professor in Malaysia, but I taught in Kazakhstan for 9 years previously. A BIG Dimash fan.
There is no question that Dimash has an amazing out of this world voice, probably a once in a lifetime voice. However, I have to admit that since his songs are rarely sung in English, he sounds so similar in all his videos. So I can't get emotional about them. However, it doesn't take away his greatness, but I do appreciate your reaction, since you being a singer probably gives you a better take on his performance. In fact, I enjoyed your emotional journey.
And what about instrumental music? Doesn’t it evoke any emotions in you? Or do you refrain from listening to any music without lyrics? Dimash’s voice is his instrument and a person can hear and feel emotions without having to understand the words.

@@jameslasso1690 you don't know a damn thing about singing , Please shut up about the damn singer performances , the singer added electronic effects to his voice in every song except Give me love & Daididau but it's espicially audible if you watch his live performances of Late Autumn & Adagio with his raw voice and then watch the singer performances right after that . His reniditions of autumn strong in his last 4 concerts are out of this world. he ended the song without mic in each of these.
The Moscow and Riga versions are the most intricate. The kiev is simple yet other worldly.

The dears will guide you to the best version of his songs. Gloria Wu tells the background story and also shows Dimash worried that his Chinese pronouncement might not be up to standard. The audience loved it though. I am 75 yr old lady from U.K. I travelled to Latvia to see his live concert in March just before his tour got cancelled due to pandemic. It was fantastic. Dimash can rock and rap and do runs, and opera and anything else. I love it ALL. Xx
