Prices are reduced in west Hyderabad. Last year they were quoting 8000-8500 now came back to 6500.
Other areas no change as rates are between 5000-6000. They can't go below 5000 as it will be total loss

Development means not only in construction...that purchased amount distributes to many people like kirana shops having good sales, fruit/ vegitable market having good sales,small venders having sales,people in other sectors give salaries to their employees.. Thats how the eco system works... Just because we cant afford to buy.. we cant wish against the development. Lets try to catch up with the development.
Today doing good business in hyd people are buying lands in the outskirts . Farmers land value increased by this. They can afford their children weddings and studies that children come to Hyderabad to study purchase books ,food, grocery... So Realestate/ IT is the core business of telangana if we wish the downfall of this .its direcly or indirectly efftects your family aswell

Nice. The main reason for the downfall is stupid ideas like RRR. The prices should fall drastically within ORR itself, no one cares about RRR. RRR will not be a commutable region in decades, or maybe even in hundreds of years. So people will rather invest in Amaravati ORR instead of hyderabad RRR.
