Hello Julie!!!!😁 I love my Coach Madison as well. It's just such a great bag. Everything about it is awesome. The Ruby bag is gorgeous. I agree. Coach chalk color is sooo pretty to me. I actually want a black or white one. I love yours. Ok!!!! Your coach Bandit bag is sooo pretty as well. The color is stunning. I don't have a blue bag and would love one. I don't think I've ever checked out the Coach Bandit in person. Love all three bag and can see why you love them.

I have been eyeing the Ruby in chalk, and I absolutely love it. It’s hard to purchase something without actually touching it. Though it does look like an absolutely beautiful bag. Is it comfortable to wear as a Crossbody?
The Cassie that you showed is it the Cassie 19 or the regular Cassie? Did you end up selling it or is it listed?
I did end up selling that Cassie and it was the regular sized one. As for a crossbody wear for the Ruby, that bag really is best carried shoulder bag style cause it’s bulky.

I don’t own a lot of handbags. The ones I do have our coach. As soon as I read your comment, I went and looked at my bags and I do have several black ones so I decided on the chalk.! It is so pretty! Thanks for your reply. 💕

For a price you pay for, there should not be chipping on the hardware. I wish someone would write coach head office to stp up the hardware on their retailbotique. have a cheap bag paid $50 and the hardware nvr changed color for 11 yrs whilst my coach outlet bag, the hardware on the strap turn orangey color.. it bothered me so i gotta buy a gold spray paint and tape to cover the strap.. and carefully no geting gold aint on my strap
It's tedious. Is not worth it. I nvr used my coach retail bags that much so i cannot comments on hardware turning differentcolor overtime . Hopefully not, but the pewter hardware is bad. Idk what makes it not chip overtime though. Ther must be a coating they can do to preserve it for long. They are clearly saving money.
