Saving a Family From Carbon Monoxide Poisoning - Vivint Customer Story

The Bennett Family story. The first night the Bennetts spent in their house as a new Vivint Smart Home customer literally saved their lives. Their home security system detected high levels of carbon monoxide and the Vivint monitoring center contacted the fire department.
The fire department inspected the home and said everyone had to leave. The carbon monoxide levels were so high that if the family hadn't received an alert from Vivint, they probably wouldn't have lived through the night.

We added Vivent to our home in 2018 and it has notified us twice when my 87 year old mother has fallen and once when a pan overheated on the stove. My wife and I are also close friends with the Bennett's and I know their story to be absolutely true!
