When I was a kid, my mom watched a lot of Law & Order, and since we only had the one TV, I watched with her. At one point, I remember going and asking my dad what they do during recess. I mean, as an elementary school kid I knew what I did at recess, but I figured it must be different for adults. My dad told me, matter-of-factly and with a straight face, that they all go out to the parking lot and play roller hockey. So for years, even after I realized he was screwing with me, I had this mental image of an old dude in judge's robes and goalie gear. My dad now says he doesn't remember telling me that, but him and my mom both agree that it sounds like something he would say

Truly! Because the professors, more often than not, want you to get it written AND get it right. This gets in the way of most any kind of book writing and journalism. For a journalist it's most important to get the accurate WHO, WHAT, WHY, WHEN, WHERE, and HOW. For a novelist it's important to get down as many words as possible. First drafts are supposed to suck. Novelists have to unlearn the "being perfect" impossibility of university.

For more context here, cards in 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' (the card game in question) can be played in several different positions depending on which type of card they are, and this causes them to do different things. While I'm not familiar with the exact mechanics, unfortunately, generally speaking one position allows the card to defend, another position allows the card to attack, and I believe face-down is for trap cards? Which are essentially cards that are hidden, and have an effect and trigger condition - Both of which are hidden to the opposing player by virtue of the card being face-down. Or something along those lines.

However, sadly enough, UA-cam’s Copyright system is a genuine dumpster fire. Honestly, the most likely scenario would be that he’d get automatically claimed, he’d try to get that claim removed, UA-cam would send out an autonomous email that said his video was reviewed manually and they thought it had copyright-infringing content on there, and he’d be stuck with a demonetized video. That’s the state of YT right now; companies can claim whatever they (or, I should say, their bots that scour the depths of UA-cam to find even the tiniest tiniest resemblance of their content) deem fit, and it’s damn near impossible to get that claim revoked.
Not a lawyer, but I learned the value of writing a really nasty letter or email, then letting it rest a bit and editing out the worst of the nastiness. The subtle nastiness that can be achieved this way is epic.

Re: judge jokes Literal favorite thing I've seen happen in real life: was observing a custody trial that was not going well; father's lawyer was getting pedantic and needling mother's lawyer and it was just a disaster. Well, judge was getting fed up and said, "Really, this is getting into splitting the baby--" and then stopped dead with horror because she realized what she said. The grandparents looked scandalized in the gallery. Literal favorite thing I've seen happen in real life: was observing a custody trial that was not going well; father's lawyer was getting pedantic and needling mother's lawyer and it was just a disaster. Well, judge was getting fed up and said, "Really, this is getting into splitting the baby--" and then stopped dead with horror because she realized what she said. The grandparents looked scandalized in the gallery.
Meanwhile, I'm trying not to die laughing because there's literally no better time for a good ol' King Solomon reference than during a custody trial.

And it's not just pictures, also text. It let's companies ban bad publicity, reviews and parodies can be banned at the whim of big companies, and all within the law. It's not censorship by the government, but by companies.
