I just got my first dynavap a week ago or so and I'm so happy with it. I have an M and I'm thinking about buying a mouthpiece, I need the xl condenser for the wood spinning mouthpiece right?
Yes mate. I have done it with a titanium mouth piece. Works great. I also added an extra large size o-ring where the mouthpiece meets the stem but this isn't necessary. Hope you enjoy your m.
Couldn't fill this $30 torch lighter, only in small portions, and didn't know I needed to close before filling... Best tutorial, straight to the point. Filled my lighter in less than the video time.
If you guys have trouble with the lighter, try flaming at short intervals. I got the xl kit and you can’t just leave the torch burning. 2-3 sec in the halo flame while spinning, 3-4 sec rest. The vapcap needs time to heat saturate. Once it clicks, roast it for a second more and you’re good.
Will your can of Butane mess up if you keep trying to refill the torch without realizing that it needs to be bled? Is my can of Butane still safe to use? Why do I need to turn the fuel all the down first?
Anyone tried putting your lighter in the freezer for a few minutes before refilling? The lower pressure inside the lighter fuel tank let's you fill it way more then if it was at room temp. As usual let it reach room temp again or the flame might act strange..
When I try to fill my butane lighter, it only fills it about halfway. Why is this? I'm using a high-quality butane canister on a Vertigo lighter. Thanks.
so my butane came with a lid that has different tips. I realized that different torches use different tips, HOW COME THERE IS NEVER ANY MENTION OF THAT ON REFILLING???? The troubleshooting ("Simple") is just that, the obvious steps pointed out like you some kind of instructor or something. How do I find out what tip my torch needs?
@Menshelp one of the adapters in the butane cap ended up working (skinny non-forked one) on my Vertigo Page, although it’s still messy. I’m using Neon-brand butane which I’ve since heard doesn’t fit as well. I’ll try a different brand next time
My question is I have a lighter that when I purge it all the air seems to be out I hear nothing I put it up against my ears nothing but then again no came on the torch lighter just go in I can't get nothing to go in it won't fill. Sorry one more question. How you get the torch to really come up high with that noise that it's full on speed you know like the way it was when we first bought it. When I purge and fill mine torch it doesn't come out comes out really soft
If you got a large can of butane, it might have a bunch of circles on the top of the cap. Those are different size nozzle adapters which you are supposed to rip out and add to the top of your butane tank nozzle. There's like 6 or 8 of those circles/adapters on the cap because there's different sizes for different lighters. Just slide the adapter over the butane nozzle and then try to refill the lighter. Purge lighter first completely. Most likely, it will work first try, but if butane still squirts liquid, the just try a different adapter. The smaller Ronson butane tanks seem to work best with most torches and they don't come with any adapters in the cap. So if you're using a small Ronson butane tank, I don't know what's wrong.
@@AtacamaHumanoid same problem: veritigo triple flame, big can of butane. Been trying all the nozzles but nothing seems to open the valve and let the butane in, so it just sprays everywhere.
@@simonmagaziner1914 remember to turn the lighter upside down so the refill hole is facing up...and the butane tank's nozzle should be pointed down when you fill the lighter.
@@DMB088 good luck...remember to turn the lighter upside down so the refill hole is facing up...and the butane tank's nozzle should be pointed down when you fill the lighter, also.
Do you know model number? I’ve had the ZD-49 for a few years now and love it.. think I got it for 15 bucks. Never had an issue refilling except once the stem got stuck down I just took my pocket knife and gave it a Jimmy and she was back to 100% try doing what this guy did and purge it. I love Zico’s even though this is the only one I’ve owned
It doesn't matter, torch, lighter, whatever, I always get blowback when filling. The 5.6 oz. Bernzomatic comes with 5 different applicators but I end up with the same result. What gives, wtf am I doing wrong?

Aaron Reid Good to know for sure.
I bought a torch lighter in Vegas 4 years ago, thought it was broken and your tips just fixed it for me. Very grateful! Cheers

This, in my opinion, is a perfect instructional vid. Extremely informative whilst concise, thank you!
Because of this man I'm high right now on my 4th pre-rolls. You are invited to the bbq
Thanks for the instructions bud. Ive never filled a butane lighter & this really helped

Here's my question I had a torch lighter that had two burners when I was refilling it only one burner comes on how can I get the other one to work

Yup. This along with quality butane and I have made even the cheapest lighters work perfectly for years.
Genius!
Thanks!
kinda risky as the pressure will increase to a ton more

i needs to be filled with butane or can i fill it with isobutane? will it work the same way?
How do we troubleshoot a lighter that won’t take in any butane, even after bleeding and trying many adapters?
@Menshelp me too idk what adapter I need or if it’s a skill issue

The first few seconds of your video fixed my problem. Thank You
Do you have to purge every time?
Pretty cool Thanks 👍
I completely purged my vertigo and filled just like this but it won’t fill.
God damn, thank you. I thought I already broke my zico torch I just bought but I fined tuned it and now it works perfect.
When I release the butane does it evaporate immediately after leaving the torch? Should I wear a mask when bleeding so I don’t inhale butane?
Or holds your breathe for a few seconds
if you're using it to light a cig or joint then butane is the least of your problems
Thanks man I've been trying to fix my favorite lighter me being dumb not realizing that I was refueling upside down have a good day 1sub from me
Can you use something else to purge the tank if you don't have that little tool?
a pen
Bro you are a genius
What if torch is a quarter full and you want to top off?
This is exactly what I needed to trouble shoot my lighter! Thanks, thought it was broken
Gotta love those tuts...
No matter what I do, purge etc, the butane sprays everywhere whenever I fill any lighter. What is the deal?!

Im having a hard time refilling my Zico lighter. Does anyone know about Zico? Is the brand a ripoff or am I doing something wrong?
They're good, I have two of their torches. They work fine for me

Thank you
How do I know mine has 3

Same. I don't know what to do
I stupidly bought a lighter with a small tank. It was 30 bucks so i gotta keep it for a while until santa comes to town 😎
Where did yall go.... 10/10/19 didn't see live feed.....hello...hello......hello
We will return October 24th!
👍🍺⭐ Thks !
this is just overcomplicating a simple task
parzival I found you don’t need to discharge the lighter or anything. Just flip and fill - empty or not.
sounds like u need a little more Snap in ur life dude
@@dinoflame9696 haha just like we all - the users of VapCap product!
I disagree-- some of us have never done this.
