Has anyone noticed the “Elephant in the room” about Arkveld?
This is the MH game that introduced swarms, and Arkveld is the only monster without one because it was presumed extinct..
Really shapes how sad and tragic this theme sounds.
Almost like waking up from a deep sleep, into a world with you alone in it.. and it hurts.
Damn thats a really great but sad analysis! I hope they give a good reason for fighting it in game, I think its a really cool concept introducing a species thought to be extinct.

Here's to hoping Arkveld is an invader that can appear in the open beta. Having an insane, overleveled boss in the beta would be really cool and it'd be a neat teaser for the flagship monster
@xemiii they will almost 1000% release a second beta later and have him be fightable, they did that for nergigante/velk and Magnamalo/malzeno with world
@ That's the sort of thing I was thinking of. While I do want to get a taste of the Arkveld fight I don't want them to show off too much of the game. I wanna take it all in at once when it fully releases. Another beta/demo wouldn't hurt though.
