The torque motor on my Thomas skid steer at one point in time started to back off its bolts that keep the unit together it is always good to check this and tighten with your torque wrench
I think you can get this seal kit at Advanced Construction Equipment in Waterloo Ontario I too have a twerk motor that has a leak and it is a pain in the ass

The next thing I'd like to see you do is take the starter out I have tried very hard to get the starter out and repair it

When they fail. It's generally a good idea to leave them alone if they aren't leaking.
