Well I'm a pottery and I don't know just what happened but I do have this sense that it was amazing. Go, go, go. Also don't forget maybe not amazing but you can make pots on it too.
Basically it grinds the sides smooth and even. Ive seen potters use it to grind the overflow glaze off the bottom.
