- What if I remastered every iconic racing game?
We've come a long way since the early days of racing games... From OutRun to Need For Speed, I celebrate these past iconic racers using the most diverse racing series today: Forza Horizon.

Yes! I loved Rush 2049, although it'd be a challenge to recreate in FH4

I love that apart from the HUD, you did your best to make the game look visually accurate, like applying color filters and the BLINKERS IN TDU. This is so great i cant wait for the full project to be done.
Amazing work with the NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 edit, it literally looks like the game itself. Just a different camera angle.
The burnout 3 "takedown scene" and shot is spot on, that's what i have been waiting for. Perhaps you could do the same with the Burnout 2. You basically nailed most classic arcade racing games. Keep it up Eric, proud of you.

I love the attention to detail! Especially with the Hakosuka in Historic Car Cup with the GT40!
I screamed when I saw Dirt 2 I loved that game with all my heart and the ending where it all rewinded was so emotional. Dude this has to be my favorite evolution of video games!
Really cool to see some of my childhood favorites brought back to the spotlight. I'm excited to see what else the final video will include.

I'm working on trying to figure out how to enable a real-time counting timer, without having to animated frame-by-frame myself
So far the only solution is just have one as a separate track picture in picture and just overlay it from another video.
Also this is a fantasticI used to do this myself before but never to this extent and not with this variety of games so you are inspiring me to pick up it up again and make my own videos
Let me know if you find anything, as I'm also desperately trying to find a way too.

It was high definition but I compressed the audio a few passes and ran some scan lines.
I would have converted it to 4 by 3 aspect ratio but then it would have looked weird.
The second part is obviously the racing

I never played Forza Horizon, but I find it kind of strange that the Need for Speed game released the same year had that same song in it.
Just continue doing what you're doing , you'll have the fame you deserve eventually , really good job

Something that makes me wanna rip out my hair is the insanely huge missed opportunity of making Forza Horizon 4's Isha's Taxi's a Crazy Taxi game mode. How could they have possibly missed out on that? It would've added a fun game mode that adds variety to the gameplay that also acted as a modern rendition of the classic arcade game.
Guess the project didn't materialize? It's a great idea my dude don't give up on it
Thanks, it's still work in progress! A lot of footage to capture and HUDs to recreate from scratch so it'll take a bit longer.

For the NFS 2015 part, you should've tried emulating the wack ass physics and as soon as you hit the BRZ, the crash cam enabled.

That's actually the menu theme from NFS II SE. You might be thinking of Romulus 3, which was used both in NFS II and NFS III.
