    Looks like a hard working women's sewing room that creates and inspires a whole lot of great quilters. Good job Sherrill. Love ya

    Good to know that your sewing room gets as messy as mine, at times. We get so busy, we just don't have time to clean up - sewing is too much fun! What a great family you have. Manny just cracks me up. I hope you'll include him in every video!!! Great tutorial, Sherrill!

    I love your sewing room... It made me chuckle.. But I'm sure you know exactly where everything is.. And I bet it will take you maybe an hour or so to get everything in order... 😂
    Thanks for sharing!!

    Love it, looks pretty normal to me, I call it a organised mess, LOL, or WIP, Thanks for all your lovely videos, you inspire me to do more sewing, I am currently getting fabric together to do these blocks, look forward to the nest one, best wishes to you and your lovely family from Norfolk in the UK 💜🧵

    I love your videos! Your family always give me a simile! your sewing room looks clean compared to what my sewing area looks after a couple of days working on a project.. always start out with good intentions to keep area clean.then i end getting so involved with sewing the rest fades away.

    My room is a hot mess during the design and cutting phase, then most (never all) the other unused fabrics and tools get placed back into it's shelf . The only way I can start another project is to sweep, organize clear off the spots needed and then walk away for an hr or so. It s sew sweet to go in then and start the mess again. lol we do what we can with what space we have. Loved seeing your sewing space.

      Did you cut the background 2.5 by 6.5 or 2.5 by 6 inches on block 7. Looks like there is a revised size over the paper pattern on video. Jut need to make sure before cutting

    Love to see how others have their rooms set up! Looks exciting! Mine is in a state of ordered chaos. Tiny area with way too much in it, according to some.

    When I saw your sewing room clutter well I did laugh sometimes mine looks the same way. Then when I push myself to organize it I do and it is so amazing to find everything again LOLOL. That darn sewing fairy just doesn't seem to come around and clean up after me. It really gets wild when I have my sewing machine and my serger projects going at the same time though. Hubby stays totally away except to sneak into my sewing room and take a quick peek at my projects ... but he is a wise man and never say's anything about the mess only good comments on my current project LOL.

    Good morning sherrill, did you revise the background 2.5 by 6.5 to 2.5 by 6? Reason I ask is there is a 2.5 by 6 inch over top of the paper pattern. Thank you.

    • @TheSewingRoomChannel
      @TheSewingRoomChannel  4 роки тому +1

      Hi Angie. No. There are two 2 1/2" x 6 1/4" strips that are used between the leaves and the flower petals. Stay safe. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing.
