  • On our latest Lakers Fast Break Podcast, LakerTom from lakerholics.com and Joe Soro of lakersball.com are back with Gerald to talk about the comments made by Anthony Davis about not shooting a basketball for over two months. With his performance last season, is that a good thing? Plus rumors are rampant about LeBron James now wanting to commit to signing a long-term extension on August 4. Is this really that surprising? Plus with the Golden State Warriors having a 3-2 NBA Finals lead heading into game 6, is it time to start saying how Steph Curry and Co. saved Lakers fans as well? Another great episode is on tap here at the Lakers Fast Break podcast!

Probably no Lakers championship in next 5 years. Warriors are light years ahead of Lakers in every aspect, & Lakers are in major disarray. Clippers are even ahead of Lakers.

@Howard thanks so much for watching as always. At this time it's hard to argue with that, unfortunately.

One injury changes things. No team is light years ahead of anyone because there really isn't a Kobe or MJ or Shaq player that you know is taking you all the way. Phoenix was rolling all year and flamed out badly. Parody is rearing its head in the NBA more and more lately. We will see how it plays out in the next few years.
