@@manintheline5331 i went from being shredded with a 6 pack at 205lbs to a fat piece of shit at 235, now I'm making my way back to 205. It's impossible to just focus on one thing at a time.
Focus on one thing, something else will slack, focus on both, something else will slack.
Gotta go hard in everything, including sleep. Quitting coffee/caffeine and making sure I get 15 mins of sun a day has been a tipping point in the winning direction.
