My god, I miss their old performances. Like Eating Glass if my favorite Bloc song ever and they've seemed to have omitted from their set-lists years ago. They seemed to have more enthusiasm for shows back in the day as well. You can see it in their faces and body language now that they're just not having fun.

This is a really great set! This was when they were promoting 'A Weekend in the City' and it was my favorite album from them.

Sunday is one of my favourite songs, and I love the energy of the original recording, but this version has a sort of weariness to it that really fits the tone and meaning of the song. I love it

@@SpaceDisco1 They were still fantastic all the way up to the "Next Wave Sessions". All the B-Sides in between as well as Intimacy and Four. While those two albums aren't on par with these two, they had a lot of great tunes. Basically it all changed with Hymns and this latest album coming out. . . It all rides on Kele and his need to find himself with his own personal projects. While it wasn't all on him, the band out grew one another.
Matt and Gordon were necessary for this band to truly thrive

Although it is better to watch the original band, it's not bad to see the new members play. I mean Kele and Russell are still there so it's still pretty much half of bloc party. I kinda do wish they would put more of their silent alarm/a weekend in the city songs on their set lists' but they also have to promote their new songs.
russell is there for nothin, their music have just a little of guitar parts. i think the other half of bloc party left because of the path of Kele to do music, but the most unhappy must be russel as a guitarrist that almost doesn't have anything to play
