I have been searching for a fairly light weight pen but with some girth in the “section. According to their website the section is 11mm so it sounds like just what I need (and can afford!)
I share your preference for not posting my pens. I do make exceptions with some Sailor pens and a Pelikan M200. Early training in school typically had right-handed students hold the cap in their left hand while they were writing.
Thank you for the video...it would be interesting to see your ink swatches. How long did you wait after filling the converter? Many pens need a little help to get the feed wet...
Hi Garry, Great video! I am really surprised you got your parcel from Pensive Pens, Australia; so fast with it being Christmas and our current horrible world situation. I am fascinated about both of the Indian "Revolution" fountain pens - Darjeeling & Guru. Don't knock the polystyrene packaging it protected all your fragile orders very well vial rack, ink bottle and pens. I hope the Aussie Brown is a good substitute for the ink that you were after. Personally, I prefer the Japanese extra fine, fine and medium nibs as the paper I use is below 80 gsm and those nibs work well on that kind of paper. I'd be interested in seeing the colour ring when you have swatched it up with all your inks. I like your pangram, never seen that one before. I wish you and all fellow viewers of your channel a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year.
Express Post inside Aus is quite fast - normally only 2 -3 days. My concern with the polystyrene is the recycling, one of the other pen companies here packs everything is tissue paper, which is much easier to recycle (especially with a wife who is into crafting). The Aussie Brown ink will be making its debut on 1 Jan in Januarys Pens In Use video, I've got it in a Moonman M800 and its colouring is really nice. Most of my pens are EF or Fine, I'm experimenting now with mediums and broads. I’ve found a load of different pangrams, and wanted to do something other than blame that poor dog and call it lazy! Have a safe holiday period.
Thanks for the itemization. I am envious of the rack for samples. May have to get one!
I got mine from AliExpress. It was about $8AUD
Garry, there isn't any sound here in UK
Thanks for letting me know. I've sent a message to a relative in the UK and we'll play around to see if we can work out what is happening.
Sound is OK today 29 Dec.

This is a nice fountain pen

I left the pen for 2 minutes after filling, then I carefully shook the pen a couple of times until it started writing - I edit all that out.
