The entities final form is one of the coolest, most creative horror creatures I’ve ever seen. Love how they went practical for the effects of it as it’ll definitely age better than if they went full CGI
It'd be awesome if you could check out the movie "They Look Like People", it's one of the movies I was mentally comparing Smile to. Super underrated too, it's a super atmospheric horror film also about mental illness, particularly paranoid schizophrenia.
