This is Episode-7 2nd july 2022 , Eight day of Our Trip , In this vlog we did a road trip from Kargil to Srinagar by car , during the trip we passed the Zoji la pass , Zoji La is a high mountain pass in the Himalayas in the Indian union territory of Ladakh. Located in the Dras, the pass connects the Kashmir Valley to its west, with the Dras and Suru valleys to its northeast and the Indus valley further east. A famous mountain pass in Ladakh, is famous for many reasons. It was the site of the Indo-Pakistan War of 1947-48, it's a notorious dirt trail road with hairpin bends & offers spectacular views that draw a variety of emotions from you. Also visited the famous Kargil war Memorial enroute , The Kargil War Memorial, also known as Dras War Memorial, is a war memorial built by the Indian Army in the town of Dras, near Kargil city in Kargil district of Ladakh, India, commemorating the 1999 Kargil War between India and Pakistan. Later in day we passed through Sonmarg , which we find very beautiful .
