Fusion characters are stronger when the fusion happen during a fight, that’s why Vegeto was quite free while you couldn’t take away a bar life from Gogeta and Gotenks

I think one combo from "him" and steed characters might "unlive" already steed is going to have to pull out all of stops...especially if goku and vegeta fuse into him

There are an item named Kibito Secrets Arts which if you switch of character in battle, this character entrance begin the battle with all Ki, and Blast Level Maxed. That would allow you fusion earlier the characters, there are not negatives side effects for this item. If you use Mr Satan, when he is in the battle, he refill the switch indicator incredibly fast, even faster if you equip him the item to make refill the switch indicator. That will make a fair battle if you make a team with Mr Satan to refill the change bar instead play with 5 characters, honestly I think you abuse of the struggle ki blast and Goku&Vegeta ready to be fused in the battle thanks to the Kibito Secrets Arts .
