If they are going to have the pallets discounted that much you should look into renting a warehouse for a month or so! Get them all and have a place to store/ go through them and content for your channel for a while!

I am officially addicted to watching you open pallets. You should go get those half price pallets....ALL of them.
Not all Cabbage patch dolls are trash. I found one at our thrift with a soft sculpture face for 5.00 and sold it for 760.00. The ones to look for are the ones made before Roberts sold off the rights to the doll in the early 80's. Look for a little people tag, and hand signed on the butt. Some are hand stamped and those are good too.
Yeah these videos are fun , I’m enjoying them immensely . As I am currently housebound due to an illness at the moment , I haven’t been able to get my “ fix” on treasure hunting at the local thrift stores / yard sales . This is the next best thing to that . And HT , yes you should’ve bitten the bullet on that guys offer . Don’t ignore your “ HAPPY WIFE , HAPPY LIFE INSTINCTS “ .

If you need good boxes go to the grocery store for bananna boxes.They are sturdy,have lids,easy to stack and best of all free!! I think you need to seriously consider a warehouse or building somewhere. Eventually you will have issues with your neighbors from running a business in a residential area.
Also I seen you are releasing the video of you splurging tonight on the 30 pallets. I'm pretty excited. I just started watching your channel and your advice on the VCR players helped me make my first ebay sale at $70 with free shipping. I only invested $5.99 into it. Thanks for sharing the let downs too. I want to do this for a living.

I've found that vintage metal lunchboxes, especially with the original thermos, sell very well and quickly!
Tip: I sell a lot of Hummels, and they ship most safely when wrapped in brown paper. I wanted to mention it, because, sadly, I received 5 broken Hummels fron goodwill that were packaged all wrong. 😞
Man, those pallets would get me in DIVORCE COURT> I would buy any and all I could. Such a great deal for $40. Also great content for your channel people love this kind of content.
I just saw that some of the videos are a year old, but that really doesn’t matter since I live way far away and couldn’t come to your yard sales, but it’s still fun to watch. I love watching the unpacking of the pallets, it’s exciting as all get out. Wish I could come help. Josh and Haley, keep doing what y’all are doing. Loving it.

Wow, that’s a great idea removing the legs off the piece of furniture and selling them. I definitely need to start thinking about “parting out” stuff I think isn’t worth money. I’ve sold non working items before, but I tend to forget or walk past things that are broken or that might need a little fixing. I’ve had so many problems selling things with small defects, I shy away from those things. Sold a sealed pre-pay cell phone this past week. Lady got it, ripped it opened, couldn’t figure out how to activate it, and then demanded that I take it back. After back and forth with her, I told her to just send it back. If I refused, she’d just file a “nad request” then I’d have no choice. Anyway, thanks for reminding me that sometimes parting stuff out can make you money!

Hairy Tornado I agree. I told her, since she opened the box, I couldn’t even sell it as a new sealed phone. Some people think sellers should be like Walmart or Amazon and take things back no matter what. A lot of people take advantage of the fact that eBay doesn’t really stand up for sellers when it comes to returns. Lady had 0 feedback. Oh well, that’s my soapbox for the day. Sorry to throw negatively on your UA-cam thread. Those pallets are going to be awesome money makers for you! Wish they did that in Florida. Good luck!

Here is a big hint for you, if you love selling the creams and body sprays, ETC...go to ROSS, BIGLOTS,TJMAX STORES .. BECAUSE THEY HAVE A HUGE clearance section always has brand new bottles of that stuff. So cheap you will make a fortune and they have discontinued PERFUMES TOO!
I do scan the perfume isles there from time to time. I find really good stuff in their yellow tag sales

A lot of gallery shows require framing. If you're ever stuck with picture frames, you should see if there is a local artist Facebook group to post in as that group might have ample need.
Loving these videos and feeling a tad bit jelly that your Goodwill is going this!!! I would be buying them all too! That price can't be beat really!

I would rent a storage unit and get all the pallets that would fit!
Here’s a suggestion (NOT a criticism lol!) .... keep one pallet & box for $10 rather than return it, so that you keep it in your garage and use it as somewhere to drop all the bits and pieces. Then you have them stored tidy in one place. Easy to then put out for the yard sales. I have one inside my garage for all the small things and it keeps everything so tidy.

For future information, if you find good looking eyeshadow or other powder type makeup you can wipe the top layer of the makeup off with a tissue then spray a mist of rubbing alcohol on the fresh surface to disinfect. Makeup can sell online fairly well, depending on the brand.

I don't blame you for outsourcing the loading and moving stuff lol. Sometimes, even when you can save money, you have to think "Is that something I want to do and invest time into?" More than worth it not to have to stand out in the super hot sun slaving over it to save a few bucks.
Also he is way better at working to the pallet jack than I am haha
that makeup pallet is a GREAT brand!!! Im jealous of that find! it looks funny because they're baked shadows. but i really enjoyed watching you guys being totally confused about makeup!! 😂
Josh, I'm a new subscriber to your channel. And I all I can say is that you have me hooked. I love your channel. Great score on the Goodwill pallets.
If possible and in your position, I would seriously look into purchasing all I could and loading into a storage space and really take my time to go through each to maximize profit. Should return that extra business expense easily if the pallets contain at least similar items

I know I'm a couple of years late but... I've sold lots of frames in the past on eBay for decent prices (bought big job lots at auction for pennies per unit); especially if you can batch together a few matching frames. Certainly not items I'd be giving away on yard sales (or car boot sales for we UK types). Packed properly I've not even had any broken glass!
Bradford exchange plates are expensive, I think that metal thing you thought was wall decor is a wine rack

I didn't notice what you did with the eyeshadow. Those are higher end makeup and would sell good on poshmark or/and mecari.
Also some cabbage patch dolls are worth really good money. Worth looking up before selling at a yard sale for a dollar.

14:03 those are bestt for herb and spice grinding, they are also extremely popular with pot smokers. When I sold one ages ago, I had so many people wanting to buy it to grind up their leaves.

I work in health care. Those Medline creams are really good and really expensive. The tube with the orange cap is around $18 a tube. The blue and purple capped tubes are in the $6 per tube. Just FYI.

So it begins lol advice buy a enclosed trailer and a pallet jack to store and haul pallets. When done or they stop offering these sell the trailer and get your money back or more if you buy the trailer right. It's better than a storage unit because you can have it at your house pick up the pallets with it and not have to rent a truck or pay someone. If it's raining you can still sort and you would get your investment in it back when you sell it rather than pay a storage place every month.
These pallets are super fun to watch!! Can’t wait to see the next one !

I have lots of stuff from Bradford Mint. Always numbered and highly collectable and expensive.
You are so fortunate to be able to get these pallets. You might consider keeping the gaylord boxes even if you have to pay for them. It might be a good storage solution for some of your inventory in the garage or to save up and create a bulk bundle of garage sale items. Either way, good on you!

I am surprised you find value in used lotions & creams. Where I come from, it would be considered unsanitary to resell that stuff. You don't know if anyone messed with it either at the store or before. Its just a big ewwwww!

Hi re the $50 offer for the pile. You could have done better if you had just spread them out over the entire tarp, 2-3 minutes, no organization but more visibility, would have been more tempting.
That bag of pens could be good money. Check out like old bic clicks and Parker pens. Also medical ads on pens go good because they can’t give them out anymore. If u don’t want to mess w them will do 10 plus shipping.
I think I saw a mikasa bowl when you were putting the glass stuff in the box. It’s shaped like tulip leaves probably at least 40 dollar bowl.

Just an idea, but you could make your own mystery boxes to sell for $2-$5 at your yard sales instead of giving away items for free. You could bundle them in categories like "Home Goods" or "School and Office Supplies". If you donated the mystery box sales to some place like Epworth's Children's Home, people might be more interested in buying them. Couldn't hurt to try it if you were going to give the items away for free anyway.
I’ve done that in the far past but with paper sacks. I would try to pepper them with new items and no trash. At the time I had found a Kmart closing and picked up items for 90-99% off like a gross of blistex for 2 cents each. If I sold a bag for $2 and the purchaser pulled two such items, they said that they felt they got their money back and the rest of the items were bonus and often likely to buy more. Mystery boxes are now popular so a good idea. Seemed like there wasn’t many people for either of the garage sales though that he had. Maybe there is an area swap meet. Having an open representative sample covered with plastic film would be good

Wal-Mart sales many different sizes of boxes pretty cheaply, as well as the tape, just make sure you get good tape if you're going to be storing anything, I've had the bottom fall out of stored boxes because I tried to save $$$, lol
Also if you ask they have free boxes when they unload stock, Dollar General does as well.

Exactly! When I cleaned out my mom’s condo ( I used to laugh at all the stuff she’d buy when it was on sale ) but I seriously didn’t need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, sandwich/freezer bags, Saran Wrap, foil, napkins, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, laundry detergent for over a year now lol!!!!
