Love the book. I asked my grown children for it for my birthday. Read and re-read it. Right now it is on top of a Lino cut flattening it between prints.

It’s always a pleasure to study Laura’s films. I’ve already learned a lot. I ordered Laura’s book “Linocut and reduction printmaking” in Belgium on the forst of June 2022. Perhaps due to that damn Brexit, the book has not yet reached our beautiful country. In the meantime I’ll wait patiently and watch the UA-cam movies under the approving eye of Doris the cat.
Just received my copy of your book in the mail - all the way to Oklahoma! A true well-spring of knowledge and experience. Excited to see what your UA-cam channel has in store for us moving forward!

Not really - the book’s out of my hands once written. However, I wonder if the longer Bank Holiday may have caused delays?

I've been looking forward to this book for sometime. Ordered online from the publisher for shipping to Canada and it didn't seem to be an issue. Now I have to try to be patient. Gotta go now. Have to check the mail😂.
Well done, getting such a comprehensive book out. I´m on the continent and the print version seems to take a while to make it over here but I´ll preorder my copy and can´t wait to have it in my hands.

Hi Laura. I had this on preorder with Amazon and it arrived a day or two ago. Well done, it covers many aspects and, as pretty much a beginner at linocut, if have found it incredibly useful already. One thing you talk about frequently is mixing colours / extender and often give a percentage figure (eg. 3 percent ink to 97 percent extender). This is very helpful but I wonder how you measure such percentages - is it just guess work or do you do some kind of measuring? Can you explain? Cheers, Phill
Hi although I had to be specific for the book, I measure by eye and experience. To be honest I think I’m probably too picky about it, but I do vary the tiny amounts I use!
