Mistakes are natural, I learn from this vid. Your way of explaining is very good. Thank you so much. I learn to accept mistakes and move on. I suppose noticing the mistake is the thing, not stopping and break the motion.
I would like to fix one mistake I’m doing. I keep tripping over my hakama when attacking from a seated position. I’m sure I got the right size but to be sure how far down the legs should your hakama hang?
Hi Drade thanks for chiming in. The hakama should be just a above the ankles. Now some folks go a little higher for that reason. I'm actually editing a video this week which goes over some basics including how to go into seiza so you don't trip. I'm happy to send you the vid early if you wish just contact me through the website. Www.ribudo.blog
Very good video, mistakes happen. Never fold, just keep moving. Mistake in life is common, thanks for sharing

Awesome work. Very inspirational. Life lessons, I'm can't express the inspiration that I've received. Please continue the great work.
At some point in time you have to: "forget technique". Good stuff applicable to all arts.
