@My little bakery How do the centers cook through (where some are quite thick) and you have no color on the edges of any of the cookies - at the thinnest parts? The level of detail that remained after baking is amazing!
I bake molded cookies at 325 degrees F for 7-9 minutes. Every oven is different. If the edges of the cookies burn, try baking for 5 minutes, then take the pan out for a minute, then put back to the oven for 3 minutes to finish baking.

As an avid baker, I love these cookies - I can feel the anxiety when you remove the dough from the moulds - I hold my breath when I do mine - hoping they come out in one piece. Great work ! (*_*)

How in the world did they keep their shape when baking? These are so lovely!
Some folks leave them on the counter for 18 hours. Others refrigerate them 30-60 minutes before baking. I hope that helps.

Do you chill the dough before you unmold? And how much extra time should be added to baking?
Says on her site to chill in fridge 5-10 min to stiffen before you unmold😊

The brown are sugar cookies with almond+vanilla+anise flavor and little bit cocoa for color. I bake them at 325f 7-9 min
