    Excellent, excellent philosopher's notes. You just taught me quite a bit about Eleanor Roosevelt. I think I'm going to do some more reading about her as she seems as though she was quite wise and courageous. As always, thanks for making these phenomenal videos. Have an awesome day!!

    Omg, I believe this woman was one of the most beautiful people in the world. She was so practical and makes life look so easy. I know all of my own pitfalls and she is right on point about how to fix yourself to be a optimal human being. I always get to the end of the day and I wonder where all my time has gone and I still have a mountain of housework to get done. After listening to her suggestions I have been making a huge mistake by turning on the TV so I have noise in the background, however first I have to find something interesting, but then I get sucked into watching it instead of listening to it, then it's over and I have to find a different one and I get in a rabbit hole of videos and shows. Then I check the clock and it's already After 2 pm and it is almost time for my son to get home, and Nothing else has been done yet. Then I'm trying to cram in all days work into an hour and forget about what can be pushed to a different day. Today is my shopping day and I believe that I will be buying a small radio like my Grandmother's both had in their kitchens. Then I can listen to music and not get sucked into the TV. I also understand that I shouldn't of put a TV in every room. It's way to distracting. As for my phone I will have to put it in my cleaning caddy and only answer it when it rings. Lol at least when they were on the wall and didn't have any super powers except maybe call waiting, I actually got more done in my day.

    -Fear: It's all about adapting to the given situation
    -Usefulness: It can be very meaningful to devote yourself to something and without question it does feel good to contribute, to belong, to matter to somebody else... that's just how we evolved being the social primates we are, but happiness doesn't souley depend on altruism (though that can be an excellent source of happiness) rather it is an emergent property embedded in our physiology which is stimulated when we live according to our own individual nature (Senica, Marcus, and Lao Tzu). {You Do You BooBoo}
    -Time Management: On point! No further comment.
    -Perfectionism: Brian has the general gist on "Healthy Perfectionism" though I would use different terminology. I would use the term "Idealism" instead of "Perfectionism" because "Perfectionism" is a real psychiatric symptom whereas "Idealism" is the mindset of and individuals perception of their own ideal outcome. Very similar, I know, but I think it makes a difference. Being Realistic and Rational is the key to effective "Idealism".
    - Adventure: Excellent mindset! I completely agree. Life is not guaranteed and for all of us it is simply too short to waste the present moment by worrying about the future. That being said, planning and creating SMART goals are useful and highly effective tools when routing to a certain destination. However, you can't plan for everything. Obstacles will come your way and everything, including yourself, will always change (such is the nature of the universe) so why not have fun with it!
