Everyone does cards this is great. You'll help a lot of guys starting out
You and gaffer are two of the best on UA-cam
Love your teaching. So smooth and relaxed. It feels like meditation when I practice your teaching. Thanks!
Whenever I come home and need a smile, I just put on one of Rick's videos!.... Thanks, Rick for the awesome coin lessons!
Thanks for watching! I got a new one for tomorrow.
Wow I have to tell , this , this is by far the most informative ( correct information ) and comprehensive channel on youtube dedicated to coin sleight and magic over all . the slide vanish is just so awesome , in fact all the techniques look so convincing when u do them
That's my goal! Coin magic doesn't need to be over complicated, difficult moves. Just simple moves, done well.
@@RickHolcombe ya man I watched a video of another coin guy , danny goldsmith in one of his igtv vdo talking about theory , naturalness all those things and I really realised there are not that many even no other free source to learn coin magic in correct way as there are card magic channel , and so ur channel is such an important source
"Not only your VISUAL attention when following the coin but also your PHYSICAL attention you give to the coin -- and not just your hand's or arm's physical attention to the coin but also your ENTIRE BODY's attention you give to the coin -- and how they all work together in concert with each other...in one natural overall movement of action."
⬆️
THAT is a point that you went over in this video that is often overlooked in teaching the art. Nice work, neighbor! 👍🪄
Thank you...

Thank you sir!
The slide vanish is beautiful 👌🏻 first time seeing this move and your right! Your the first person that I see using this vanish. Thanks!
I started coin magic just a while ago and found your channel yesterday. And there is only one word for your content: Wow! You are explaining everything so calm and good. With all the background information. I don't know why you don't have much more subscribers. Keep up the awesome work! Greeting from Germany ;)
Thanks!
Thank you for such an eloquent lesson.
I really appreciate and enjoy your teaching.
I've read through Bobo many times.. The 18min I just watched far surpasses what I could image these effects looked like. 7:20 It's the subleties in the eyes, arms, torso, and posture that make up the true effect. This is basic stuff but your carefree technique and timing is beautiful to watch. You're an amazing teacher - and you put it out here for free...
10:14 clanging sound of the ring is also convincing that you take the coin to the right hand. I think it can be one of subtleties too!!
You are awesome! and so useful to start my coin magic!
Super professional such a rare contant amazing love it
Thank you so much 😀
I so often neglect practicing the miming side of it, but it really makes a huge difference. So convincing when done well...well done!
Excellent tutorial. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you :) loving it as Always. New perspective, new ways, great details
Great video!!
For someone like me who is getting back into coin magic your channel is a great addition.
Keep up the great work and stay safe.
Best of regards 😁👍
Beautiful work as always!
Great video with a lot of valueable advices, thank you very much!
Really have been getting a lot from your videos brother great stuff!
The bluff vanish actually works really well when I first started I never thought it would as well as it does
My excuse for picking up the coins and putting them back is I take out a handful of pennies nickels dimes and quarters and I say I have a bunch of change j have pennies (pick one up and drop it) dimes(pick one up drop it) nickels (pick one up and drop it) and then I say let's use a quarter since its the biggest (fake it) 😁
Slide vanish is nice!
I don't why ? But I like your vids so much !! So smooth and educational...
I try to just provide good insight, no filler, no fake youtube personality.
@@RickHolcombe that's what I'm talking about 🖤 , thank's for making these beautiful vids !
I love your stuff. Hard to find good coin magic nowadays
wonderful 'miming' and neat counter-play - thanks so much
Very helpful training. Thank you very much.
Back to the basics 🔝‼
hope your thumbs m'kay, it doesn't seem to hinder your skills in coin magic. Great video, and instructions. One suggestion for a future coin vanish is the false toss/transfer vanish.
Great video, thank you so much !!
You’re a really good teacher. I have Bobo’s but the way he wrote was a bit tricky (pun intended) to understand. Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
On a side note, love the Banjo
Great video man! 😁👍
This is so daing good. The convincers are some that I’m gonna try tomorrow.
@@coolmoney84 hey fancy meeting you here man 😁👍. Rick is amazing with coins. You won't ever be disappointed watching his stuff 😁👍
Could you also talk about the use of pulls and holdouts. No one ever talks much about them and they shouldn't be over looked as they are very powerful
Yes mate, all solid!
Thanks Roo!
Great job
Damn i love your Videos!
Just procured me some 64 Kennedys. Time to.get to work!
Great Rick! When you talk about John Ramsay, but what materials on his work would you recommend?
The Ramsay Legend by Andrew Galloway

Love it.
Thank you . Can you have a tutorial on ukawa retention?
That's too recent in my opinion. I feel like teaching stuff that's over 60 years old is fair game.
Rick have you ever used Octopalm Gel ?
With the slide vanish, instead of reaching so far across with your left, you can just get your left thumb across. The turning back of the right hand appears like the left thumb is dragging it off the fingertips as it is falling. Looks a lot more open than having the whole left hand hiding the action.
I really like you man... You seem like a really good guy...I played guitar all my life & have a few fun secrets I'd be happy to share with you if you're ever interested. Hope all is well with you, thanks for the tips!
I need to get that book
For my opinion fake puts is the best.😊
The techniques might appear to look better, but I'm thinking more in terms of the actions being justfied and logical.
@@RickHolcombe yes sir thats true. Even the animals like dogs can also fooled with a fake takes. Thank you sir😃
awesome
cleannnnn
Your slide vanish is amazinf. It fools me everytime, even though I know what you're doing.
King of misdirection.
