7. Narrowboat Semi Cruiser Stern & Gas Cooker Install

In this episode, I go into a bit more detail about the unusual semi-cruiser stern and what I like and dislike about it. Then after nearly two months of waiting and searching I find a fully qualified installer for my gas. They install the pipework in the gas locker, through a bulkhead and into the cabin. In the line I had an Alde Bubble Tester installed and I explain why and how it works.
Gas and boats is a bit of a grey area. Although the Gas Safe rules don't really apply for a boat, I wanted to err on the side of caution and get the install completed by the professionals. Finally, I can cook again instead of eating endless ready-meals.
