@@Branflakes-lq6wq that is a regular bnb you'll need at least 3 meters to kill Haggar. Though he used 5 because of thc and Viper didn't do all her hits. That's why it is a waste of meter and you're better off doing a dhc.
I've seen a ton of impractical combos and I can honestly tell you this one is very doable if you have the meter. It's really the second super at the end that wasn't needed for the kill.
