    We also use エアコンeakon (air conditioner) and リモコンrimokon (remote controller) like original Japanese words😄
    I learned a new English expression from today's video ''In your face!'' haha😆

      “Air con” is also an abbreviation for air conditioner in UK English as well (Americans tend to use “AC”)

    【パソコン】, I believe, is short for 【パーソナルコンピューター】 (Personal Computer), kinda like the abbreviation we have, "PC".

    A lot of them are kinda like portmanteau (e.g., PASOKON = PASANARU KONPYUUTAA, POKEMON = POKETTO MONSTA--).

    There should be an unspoken rule to not use abbreviations when speaking with learners cos it is so tough to learn them all 😭
