Thank you I was paying for the Breville solution and it was ridiculous my priced. Do you know why the coffee pours so slow from the thermal carafe? Also, I use a lot more coffee grounds when making my coffee I love this new coffee maker, but I think it’s costing me more because I use more coffee grounds to make the same amount of coffee

I press the button and nothing happens- so o just did brew. The written directions are not clear. Ugh!
