I wanted to take a different approach for my Polo. I will be wiring in a relay to switch off the DRLs when I turn my parking and or headlights on. Only when the switch is on 0, the daytime LEDs will light up, just like VW does with the 6R Polo or Golf 6 for example. More professional and OEM like in my opinion. :) Greetings from Deutschland
@navipillay7011 hey buddy, yes you can. It's all in the wires you decide to connect where, for instance you can have the amber lights connected to your ignition so it will work like a US spec DRL and the white lights can be connected to the park lights then it will switch on as normally and then you can just add an extension wire to your parklights and make that the new indicator. I've seen a couple of polos running with the lights in the above mentioned sequence and it works quite well. You just need to get amber parklights for the new indicators

Dude change the park lights to the same colour as the drl's. Also connect the drl to only come on when the engine is on or if the handbrake is down.

Very possible, if you get all the hardware and wires, connect it correctly and remember to connect it to the fuse panel, then you're good to go
