If she was that nervous to begin with, why did she pay for the flight? Seriously, even if it frightens you, the pilot is obviously NOT scared and that much say something to you. So enjoy as much as you can and please STOP WHINING!
On the subject of sterile flight deck that phone she is using is potentially a real risk to hers and the pilots life. Depending on the instruments and controls on the aircraft, she could drop that phone and lock up the controls.
