You guys actually done quite a lot for your first day in Tokyo, I suppose having a tour guide really saves you time! We spent a month in Tokyo so I'd like to think we know it quite well. Look forward to more videos!
I love watching your travels because they are fun, entertaining and very informative. For me I personally love to travel but like the less populated areas. I found making friends is so much easier when there are less people around. Safe travels from Canada.
I’m really glad that you finally got Suica! I thought you felt inconvenient whenever you bought a ticket in Osaka. Actually, you can use Suica in Osaka so you can get everywhere in Japan from now on!

You know you could've used Suica in Osaka - you probably know by now. Just a little tip about Suica for your next Japan trip, is that you can charge¥on Suica at convenient stores which can be easier sometimes, vs going thru the hassle at crowded train stations. You should avoid going to Shibuya and Harajuku/Omotesando on weekends, they get too crazy, LOL!

Hi Michael! Welcome back. It was a busy summer of travel. We've been back from Japan a while, but just catching up on the editing now. Thanks for the tip on Southwest.
You could have just gotten a icoca card already, which is the osaka equivalent of suica. These cards work all over the country so it doesnt matter which one you get. (Although admittedly this used to be different 5+years ago so depending on where you did your research this might not have been explained to you)

So what do you when you guys have stomach problems (acid, reflux, diarrhea, etc.) for eating different type of foods in different countries, different ingredients, etc.?
We've got pretty strong stomachs at this point, so I can't say we get sick. We always carry Immodium in case of emergency, but haven't had to use that in years.
