So welcome, Kathy! Everyone has the ability to do it, fortunately - you just go to a carousel post and hold down on the ... under the image, then slide your finger. As the person posting, you don't do anything different, it's just a cool way to view carousels! Hope that helps :) - C

Hi, usually we do them once every quarter. It mostly depends on how many updates they've added, but typically it works out to be every 3 months - C

When I click on Audios/sounds, I get a “this page is temporarily unavailable” message. I can hear the audio but I cannot see the views number or the reels under the audio. Are you familiar with this issue?
Hi Sonia, we haven't seen that one personally, but definitely sounds like a glitch. Does it happen on any other accounts, or devices that you use? It'll likely kick back in eventually, super annoying in the meantime - C

It's online! And often Instagram/Meta posts about it directly, we just round it all up - C
Well they’re actively not showing the engagement from ads so save the money altogether if you’re just boosting
While that's true, it doesn't make ads worthless. You're still getting the reach and eyeballs on your post, which is what you're paying for. I agree that it's optimal to have the engagement publicly shown for social proof, but at this point we're strong on that it doesn't negate the value of ads overall - C
@@Highseasonco true to be clear i’m specifically saying for engagement ads. Still see the worth in traffic even if it’s traffic to your ig page and conversions are still great. But if you’re switching from an ig boost campaign to an ig engagement campaign it seems like a waste of money. IMO might even make more sense to just run an awareness campaign if the goal is boosting it’s a lower cost for essentially the same goal (now that the engagement is not being shown)
