We lose facial fat as we age, some of us more rapidly than others thus producing a more exaggerated look even it the original surgery produced an ideal look. When I say maintain this look, I am not talking about additional buccal fat surgeries. What I’m talking about is facial fat transfers that may be needed due to facial fat loss from aging.

Honestly my chubby cheeks grew on me I used to have this exact same problem with myself but I think in reality it doesn’t matter they work on me and I’m happy about them because everyone keeps telling me how young & “adorable” I look, so ladies (or gentlemen) don’t fall into this mindset unless you’re feeling 100% about it YOURSELF because having chubby cheeks is ok :) and as for the young lady in this video she looks awesome before and after. She’s a good candidate for this surgery I think. Usually a good indicator of whether you should get this surgery or not is if you look at your parents and grandparents as they age. If your face is like theirs and in their old age they still have the large buccal fat pads when they’re 50/60 then chances are you will too. I’m thinking of getting this surgery as both my mum and and grandma have these large buccal fat pads like me, especially around the mouth. They didn’t go with age

Please be honest to your audience where many are young impressionable girls.
I don't think this is true. Slimming the face makes a huge difference if your jaws were properly aligned in the first place. Don't forget that she chose the after pictures carefully to make her look more modelesque, too.
