I think MDR is the most powerful, but there are many weapons that can reach MDR's potential. Stargazer for example is extremely powerful, F2000 is the best in Hunter Arena, shotguns are extremely good in events and in weekly race competition. QBZ is powerful as well but it was designed as support weapon. All these weapons are powerful, but only with the right frame skills active and with high level modules equipped
