thanks dude, just baught a s7 edge off someone - came home and found out it was actually locked to FRP - came across a few videos on how to remove but none worked - your video did the trick. Can finally use my s7, thanks again.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ (Verizon) In realterm, neither “at+creg? ” or “at1234; ” returns any response, error, or confirmation. The phone appears to be connected as I get DCD, DSR, and Ring (blinking) green lights in realterm. When I try to send these commands, the TXD flashes yellow once very briefly. I’ve tried numerous times with each command and no luck. Any ideas?
Dude this is fucking amazing. At first i thought that you are gonna scam me but damn that shit works. For people who are complaining why this method doesnt work. Just flash the firmware from January 2016 on the device with Odin or something like that and tadaaa this method works perfect. [I did it on a S7 Edge] Sry for my bad english. Just wanted to share my experience and thx again!! :D
Check if its hidden. Click View check 'show hidden devices'. Modems will appear. If it won't show the modem's port. Try clicking next step after connecting wifi. Modem finally showed up for me
Thank you ! got scammed into buying a locked phone ! worked perfectly, parsing error was annoying but i just sent it as an attachment to fb and downloaded it from there worked after that. other than that, perfect bypass saved me a lot of money and the embarrassment of being scammed !!!! thank you thank you !
Tap at (show hidden devices) from the upper bar, then it will appear, if doesn't restart the computer. There's another way to know the port number, using (Odin) program, you will see the port number after connect the device with the computer.
Look for another mobile and put the SD card in it, then download the APK file and transfer it to SD card, then remove the SD card and put it in the locked device and follow the next steps. The APK file link: rootjunkysdl.com/files/Apps/FRP/com.rootjunky.frpbypass-1.0.apk
Don't put your phone at download mode, just connect it with the computer while your phone at welcome screen, and (Odin) program will tell you the port number. It's easy!
Thank you so much. I've tried everything on youtube and on the internet and nothing worked. This is because you have to get an older version of android. This video is great. Thanks again
I have a sprint galaxy s6 with the newest update and an frp lock, this method doesnt work this the computer program at all. any tips that might make it work? ive followed the video as close as possible
Worked great! Only thing I had to do differently was the real term part. It didn't load up my dialer on one of the devices S6, but it did bring up Sprint Zone. So I clicked on Sprint News, Open World ad, launched the browser, clicked on the International Phone number and it launched the dialer... success! Thank you!
It didn't work for me at first but then it actually did on my second try. Just restart your phone before anything. Go to the WIFI set up screen. Proceed to do exactly what he tells you to do while in the program, duplex, com# and type on the first line the first code. and then when u get the okay. type the second code. if this doesn't work sometimes having a sim card helps a lot. It wasn't working for me until i put a sim-card. It wasn't activated. I was able to see my flash drive through the OTG cable i have. So happy. This does work indeed dude awesome thank you so much. Galaxy s6 edge.
this does not work. I get a ie_NOpen - device not open. error from realterm and I'm putting in the correct COM port and after clicking change in realterm to the COM port i checked in device manager
This is fantastic...I've try several trick and finaly this method working well for my Galaxy S7 Edge.. just a quick tips.. I downgrade my Andoid N device into Android M.. and nake sure you have install all device driver in your computer. Thanks a lot mate.
It worked for me, kinda uneasy moment when the thing was checking for a solid moment... But hey it worked at last! Thanks for that guide it's pretty awesome.
Hey RootJunky - - Having some trouble with sending the commands via realterm. When I send the second command I don't get the "Not registered on network" prompt. I'm using a Note 5

You my friend are a DON! It actually works! Thank you so much my dude! "UPDATE" this was done on October 12, 2016. Proof if done correctly.. will work. Much love
THANK YOU SO MUCH TOM!! YOU ARE THE F'N MAN!! You made this so much fun for me, definitely a challenge but you provided everything and made it seamless. Thank you for decoding this and making it so simple for any one with a little patience and determination to accomplish without a degree or years of experience and hard work. Your work is truly appreciated. I successfully did this on an S7 2/4/2017. thank youu x1000
Unfortunately this one doesn't work for Sep security patch. Everything goes fine till you gotta open the app. It installed but it won't open. Good job tho.
He has uploaded the fix to this on his file server labeled as Sparse Error Fix.zip (its supposed to be parse) rootjunkysdl.com/files/?dir=Apps/FRP Just run the Android_6_Google_Account_Manager.apk first then the com.rootjunky.frpbypass-1.0.apk that came in the zip. These must be different than the original, because they worked for me.
worked perfectly! after soo many different ways I tried to pass the FRP including, using Odin, OTG Cable, Date/Time while connecting to wifi and diconnecting router, this was the only one that worked on my Galaxy On5 Model Number: SM-G550T1 If anyone has my model number and phone and is encountering problems using this method, comment under here and I will answer! Thanks again Root Junky! You are allowing a thief (like me) support himself by stealing phones, cracking them, and selling them top dollar!
IMPORTANT INFO FOR ROOTJUNKY and others... I got it working! YAY! There were several issues. Here is what I learned. I feel this will help many of you with these problems out there. As well maybe provide more insight for rootjunky to continue his amazing work. In general, follow RootJunky's procedure except where noted below: 1) RealTerm. Many of you are having issues with not getting a response. This is what I did to apparently get past it. First off, Im using Windows 10, new install, fully updated with the most recent mega update. a) I booted the computer. b) I turned on the phone, which is a Samsung Galaxy On5 running Android 6.0.1 c) Waited for both to settle down. The On5 started acting weird and started to turn on and off its WiFi about once every 60 seconds.. it did this three times.. I still have no clue, I just waited till it was done and WiFi was connected permanently. d) Using a charge cord, I plugged the phone into the computer's USB. e) Windows 10 immediately recognized it as a device and auto detected it as Samsung USB goodness and it auto installed the drivers. f) After I waited a bit for all that to happen, I went to the device manager (right click Start > Device Manager) and there was indeed a modem section. *** NOTE: I was trying several times and different methods, and sometimes there was not a modem section; as some of you mentioned. To solve this: I did a complete unplug and shutdown of both computer and phone and turn back on of both computer and phone (as described above) to get the Modem section to show in Device Manager. It seemed to need a clean start up. Of course, windows didn't have to reinstall the drivers again, that only happened the one time. Also, don't plug the phone into the computer until its completely stable on WiFi or whatever else might be popping up. As in, give it time to finish booting up. Go slow. g) In the modem section I was able to get the COM port as described by RootJunky. It was 4. h) Then open RealTerm. HAVE IT CLOSED UNTIL NOW, this is also following the "clean startup" idea. When I had issues, turning off RealTerm, and unplugging the phone, and rebooting the phone, and then waiting for it to bootup fully and then plugging back into computer, THEN turning RealTerm back on.... solved many issues with RealTerm. Keep in mind, when rebooting the phone, you only need to get to the point where you can verify that the WiFi is connected, no need to go further and complicate things, if so, you might need to unplug/reboot/and start over. i) When in RealTerm I did all the usual settings: Click Tab Display > Check in box: Half duplex > Click Tab Port > Enter 4 (make sure no extra garbage gets added, if so just hit delete) > Click Change Button > Click Tab Send > "at+creg? " in the first box and "atd1234; " in the second. > Click Send ASCII on the first row > look for confirmation OK > Click Send ASCII on the second row > look for confirmation OK > wait for Dialer to open on phone. Now if this doesn't work for you: First, make sure it was a "clean start up" as mentioned above. I had several times when I was messing with this and it stopped working, I had to do the "clean start up" to get it to respond again. And another thing... I'm not sure if its case-sensitive or not, but those "at" commands are all lower case. 2) Once you get the dialer open you can unplug the phone. End the call and QUICKLY click Add Contact before it goes away. I hear you can do something with Send Message, but it didn't work out so smoothly for me. I just Added Contact because for me I did have the "Scan Business Card" option at the bottom of the contact. I did not deal with solving this problem using the Send Message way, sorry. 3) From here I continued RootJunky's procedure. Download and install ES File Explorer with your free Samsung account. I signed up with a real computer browser first. 4) Now once you got ES working. You actually have several options. I feel the best is to: a) Get the OTG cable or SD card and download from a Windows PC to the card the two apk files: Google account manager 6 and com.rootjunky.frpbypass-1.0. Have these files ready and on the card and already plugged into the phone before you open ES. b) Use ES to browse to your card (figure it out).. and Install Google Account Manager first, then the bypass. c) Continue on with the regular procedure. I guess I needed Google account manager 6 because my phone has Android 6.0.1.. so your results may vary, I don't know. But the Google Account Manager 6 solved the problem with the FRB Bypass being automatically closed before I can use it. And I think using the SD/OTG for data transport helped to solve the parse errors. ***5) But this brings up another point. I didn't fully test this because I got my google account added with the bypass already. But I immediately figured this out after that.... *** While in ES, if you tap on any file with a question mark on it.. the phone won't know how to open it.. and it will give you a list of all the apps in the phone.. you can open both Chrome and Settings and any other app on the phone this way. I would think you could then sign into Chrome and get your account working, avoiding the need to use the bypass apk. But when I tried, my account was already there from the bypass apk I just ran, lol. So, I'm not sure, but the bypass apk just sends you to a place in chrome I think... so then.. I would think you could get there manually somehow as well, avoiding the need for the bypass and thus no google account manager nor SD/OTG. Anyhow, after all this, I just continued the procedure as normal... I.E.. reboot phone and finish setting up new account... Thanks works good now!
guy all you have to do is connect you phone to your computer, then go to device and printers and select right click on your phone. browse files find "download folder" copy and paste the file into the folder. You can now install from es file explorer , open click on right hand corner.put in your new google account inforeset your phone and now can sign in to your new google account. ps helped me out alot after looking for hours.
hell yeah, it worked, guys if youre having a problem it might be because of the new firmware. so what i did was use odin to downgrade and then everything went smoothly. cheers, hope this answer some of the questions.
hey there, everything goes fine until the second time you send the code with Realterm...you have the screen where you can add contacts...the orange screen...i just get a keyboard screen and the 1234 dialing ..cant add any contact at all...can anyone help me with that please!!??!
download on pc and then add it to a flashdrive or sd card.. doesnt work if not extracted by windows.... flashdrive will be mounted under sd card on ES explorer
This is brilliant.. Worked on my Note 5 perfectly. Only had one hiccup which was the crlf error but after Put my sim card in, everything worked perfectly. Thanks very much @rootjunky :) Any help needed, feel free to reply to me..
Hi thank you for this bypass. It helps a lot. Only the part with RealTerm didn't work for me. The command "atd1234; " did nothing at my phone, without " " it works well. But i had no "businesscard" button. I found a easier way to get to the app store. 1. Install "Sidesync" on your pc 2. connect device to pc 2.1 put the bypass apk in the download folder on the phone 3. start "sidesync" 4. a popup opens on your phone 5. click on "galaxy apps" 6. now you are in the app store and can download the app and so on...
downgraded with odin to 6.0.1 and successully did this whole process, very grateful because this phone had my old google account on it and I didn't have any account set up for recovery lol. very dumb! Thanks!
Rootjunky.com You are the best for my SM-G935F had been locked out since May 2016 after i did a factory reset and thus completely forgot my google sign in / password account thus unable to get logged in . Since then i have tried over & over again trying to unlock the frp using many different types of program's without success . The very trusted & tried Realterm program is the one i used just now and it was very easy to understand , i realise this is not your Software Program but you took the time for letting other user's with the same FRP problem try and get back a fully working mobile . In my case a Galaxy S7 edge & for that i i salute you good guy , Cheers
This is fkn awesome, this is the only tutorial that have worked for me, I tried the OTG Method where you intall an apk that gives you a shortcut to the factory reset and it didn´t worked. Im glad I found this tutorial :D
You're the best! Helped me through it every step of the way. I thought I was stuck after getting "parse error" but you even had a solution to that. You just earned a like and a sub :D
This just worked for me. Could not get the realterm to work however I figured another easier way. Download sidesync to PC and install. When you then connect phone to PC (after connecting to wifi on phone first to be safe) 3 options pop up on phone. One of which is galaxy apps. Just follow the guide from there and away you go. Many thanks :)
It worked on SM-J500FN, SAMSUNG J5, i had a sim card on and it prompted me for chrome (so it was easyer that the video) i had 6.0.1 AND I HAD TO INSTALL Android6 google account manager (from the same site) before i could use frp bypass. THANK YOU
lol! I was hoping for a direct link. In the description, as far as I have found, there was a general link to your rootjunkie page. Could you please just copy past to me the exact one(s) Thank you so much.
April 2017: IT WORKS! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! If anyone has any doubts I can help you out, I got the parse error, the FRP has stopped error... i was able to beat all of them!
Anyone with the problem of the frp bypass stopping, before installing the frp bypass, install rootjunky's android 6 google account manager. Then VOILA fixed. THANKS A MILLION
Hey RootJunky thanks for the video. I haven't used this phone months. Question: If I did another factory reset after this, would I get stuck on the old samsung account activation screen?
Worked great until having to open FRP Bypass after installing it to the device. Is there a work around for this currently or something I can do? Thank you in advance for any help.
Hey RootJunky keep up the good work guys! My question is do you have any methods that are Samsung Tablet friendly? When I attempt these commands on my tablet nothing happens and yes I activated the ports.
best and easiest method. much easier than calling emergency number with bluetooth speaker. i would also add that if you want to totally reset the phone for sale, do factory reset at the end.
Thanks for this tutorial, worked like a charm! I had just bought a used Galaxy S6 Edge for my wife on eBay, it came to us like it had just been reset, but the FRP wouldn't let us do anything with it, so we're happy to have found your video! Quick question: When we upgrade phones in the future and sell this one down the road, will we be able to reset it properly so that the next buyer won't have to learn how to bypass the FRP? Thanks
Heyyy. Thanks, I've unlocked my phone. Im using J7 6 or the model J710GN. the baseband version is J710GNDXU2APL. YOU HELP ME ALOT. THANKS DUDE, MORE POWER TO and GOD BLESS YOU. I wish you can help another people, you're so very helpful. Once again, thank you very much. For those people that doesn't have a "scan business card" option in contacts, try to downgrade your firmware using odin then find the correct firmware for your phone that was released in first week of January 2017. If you try to downgrade the android baseband version of your phone going back to lollipop, then this won't be work because samsung was created now that you can't downgrade your phone since you was update this to marshmallow. The error that will be appear in odin fail, and in your phone.. it was check fail device 2 binary 1 error. Thats why I recommend you to flash the firmware that was released in January 2017 in odin to flash successfully if you get the higher update since 2017 January. Just say thanks in comment button, if this works, and once again, thank you @rootjunky.com for guiding those people here to unlock their phones. More power and God bless
Good job Root Nicely done. Question did you fix the issue with your site so i can do the 2nd method you show us without using the micro SD. Let me know thanks.
Thank you!! my friend got a S7 Edge live Demo. After change from 935X to 935F its lock FPR. Funny becouse its impossible to setup google account in "X" models. So dont know why happens. But solved thanks to you!!!
It does work for me in a SM-G935A AT&T. This FRP bypass is the smartest I´ve ever seen!!! Thanks a LOT!!!
thanks dude, just baught a s7 edge off someone - came home and found out it was actually locked to FRP - came across a few videos on how to remove but none worked - your video did the trick.

Guys read the comments....you need to flash and older version of your frimware....just 1 back
How i do that?
go to sammobile.com search for your device model after you find your device download the firmware and the odin tool (all provided on the pg) you should get the firmeware just before the one you have currently...on that same page there should also be a video on how to use it with Odin
Honestly this works.. If your struggling with the end part with the parse or whatever, just revert your android back to 6.0 and it 100% works.
There's is no scan business card option 😢😢😢
I tried a lot of ways. Only help this author of genius!Thank you so much

same problem. android version 6.0.1
hey bro i am facing same issue and have you any resolution about this>/??
It only worked with a sim card in for me. Then I just factory reset it after this process was over for good measure and it works perfectly. Thank you!
Nothing happens when I send the first command. (Sprint Note 5)
Also when I connect the phone to the computer I get the (open device to view files) but see no files. Can anyone help?
worked perfectly!
after soo many different ways I tried to pass the FRP including, using Odin, OTG Cable, Date/Time while connecting to wifi and diconnecting router, this was the only one that worked on my Galaxy On5 Model Number: SM-G550T1
If anyone has my model number and phone and is encountering problems using this method, comment under here and I will answer!
In general, follow RootJunky's procedure except where noted below:
1) RealTerm. Many of you are having issues with not getting a response. This is what I did to apparently get past it. First off, Im using Windows 10, new install, fully updated with the most recent mega update.
a) I booted the computer.
b) I turned on the phone, which is a Samsung Galaxy On5 running Android 6.0.1
c) Waited for both to settle down.
" in the first box and "atd1234;
" in the second.
I feel the best is to:
a) Get the OTG cable or SD card and download from a Windows PC to the card the two apk files: Google account manager 6 and com.rootjunky.frpbypass-1.0.
You can now install from es file explorer , open click on right hand corner.put in your new google account inforeset your phone and now can sign in to your new google account. ps helped me out alot after looking for hours.
thanks for sharring
Yeah of course man, your tutorial helped me a lot. Appreciate it
@@ogtenshi685 im confused
cant add contact anymore
I also don't have the "add contact" option. has anyone found a way around this?
Hi Rod, did you able to get around this stage? I'm in the same boat as you, please share if you know how. Thanks!
me to< you must have s7 edge?
hell yeah, it worked, guys if youre having a problem it might be because of the new firmware. so what i did was use odin to downgrade and then everything went smoothly. cheers, hope this answer some of the questions.
what device did you unlock and what firmware did you use?
hey there, everything goes fine until the second time you send the code with Realterm...you have the screen where you can add contacts...the orange screen...i just get a keyboard screen and the 1234 dialing ..cant add any contact at all...can anyone help me with that please!!??!
oooook. ..thank you ! I'll have to downgrade. .
thanks i'll figure this out :)
thanks rootjunky worked for my Samsung s6 edge followed your video up to the sd card then followed MegaSun Fjords video thanks again 👏👏👏👏👏
get a parsingerror. You could at least show how to pass that error ....
same - with the google pkg
download on pc and then add it to a flashdrive or sd card.. doesnt work if not extracted by windows.... flashdrive will be mounted under sd card on ES explorer
Genius! Thank you, I have watched so many other videos (including some of yours), but this one did the trick! Life saver!
+Dylan Reniers glad I could help.
For those wondering, I used a Galaxy S7 Edge, SM-G935F model. I had to downgrade it to Android 6.0.1 with ODIN.
THANK THE TECH GOD! This worked. Had to get the "Unfortunately the FRP Bypass has stopped" fix and I'm all set.
This is brilliant.. Worked on my Note 5 perfectly. Only had one hiccup which was the crlf error but after Put my sim card in, everything worked perfectly. Thanks very much @rootjunky :) Any help needed, feel free to reply to me..
+Aditi Subramanya that's great glad to hear it
Hi
thank you for this bypass. It helps a lot.
Only the part with RealTerm didn't work for me.
The command "atd1234;
" did nothing at my phone, without "
" it works well. But i had no "businesscard" button.
I found a easier way to get to the app store.
1. Install "Sidesync" on your pc
2. connect device to pc
2.1 put the bypass apk in the download folder on the phone
3. start "sidesync"
4. a popup opens on your phone
5. click on "galaxy apps"
6. now you are in the app store and can download the app and so on...
thanks alot ,,,, after watch to many tutorials finaly this tutorial works perfect on my galaxy s7 edge
Great, that was the only working way to bypass the Edge
Thanks heaps
This worked perfectly. Very grateful for the detailed effort that went into this solution! Thank You!
glad i could help
downgraded with odin to 6.0.1 and successully did this whole process, very grateful because this phone had my old google account on it and I didn't have any account set up for recovery lol. very dumb! Thanks!
Tested on galaxy S7 edge, work perfectly. thank you so much
Rootjunky.com You are the best for my SM-G935F had been locked out since May 2016 after i did a factory reset and thus completely forgot my google sign in / password account thus unable to get logged in . In my case a Galaxy S7 edge & for that i i salute you good guy , Cheers
thats awesome glad i could help with this video. please share my channel with your friends :-)
Works also on Galaxy 5 Neo :) Thank you 1000 times :)
This was a lifesaver! Thank you so much! Easiest steps I've ever had to follow for any how-to video. Keep up the good work!
rootjukysdl ur the best Thank you I fallow all ur step and I did bypass my galaxy s7 edge ur the best
glad i could help
This just worked for me. Could not get the realterm to work however I figured another easier way. Download sidesync to PC and install. When you then connect phone to PC (after connecting to wifi on phone first to be safe) 3 options pop up on phone. One of which is galaxy apps. Just follow the guide from there and away you go. Many thanks :)
+Darren Maher yes that is a good method.
Using Samsung SideSync worked like a charm!
how?? lol?
You are a Great man of all time Sir, what if the USB DEBUGGING mode is not enabled?
It worked for my Samsung S7 i cant thank you enough
It worked on SM-J500FN, SAMSUNG J5, i had a sim card on and it prompted me for chrome (so it was easyer that the video) i had 6.0.1 AND I HAD TO INSTALL Android6 google account manager (from the same site) before i could use frp bypass.
THANK YOU
lol! I was hoping for a direct link. In the description, as far as I have found, there was a general link to your rootjunkie page. Could you please just copy past to me the exact one(s) Thank you so much.
it's easier to do the sidesync approach than the realterm. do that and use his apk it should do it.. thanks bro! you're a life saver.
+Joey Abojado glad you like the app.
April 2017: IT WORKS! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! If anyone has any doubts I can help you out, I got the parse error, the FRP has stopped error... i was able to beat all of them!
wow this worked for me on my s7 edge. appreciate it!
I finally did it! Thank you very much! Amazing! My Note 7 is now working.
Thank you so much for giving step by step ACCURATE! info, much appreciated buddy!
+Henry Rey glad I could help.

Nice job! Worked perfect on S7 In Australia on Telstra network thanks heaps
Barry McMahon yay perfect! Same same, looks like my vrgear back in action real soon😆
Excellent video my friend! works great !! the account was removed ! Thank you so much
+Omar Montes awesome
still working? I bought my s7 today and I'm wondering if it would work in 3 or 4 days. thanks:)
awesome
Rootjunky.com yeah I bought it used form a friend. just hopping it still this still works.
