My Pro1 T701 The digital thermostat gets too cold and takes too long to start. The laps between the start and the stop are too long causing too much cold and too much heat. please let me know if there is a way to program that.
Request a Manual. This should be part of the Service. I just purchased a T701 also. It gets very Cold🥶 quickly. This is why Manuel's should be a part of the Service. You need to know all about your A/C Thermostat Unit/s, and program to your liking. Without any said Manual, you're lost. The internet can give excellent advice, but you still need this information right at your hands. We try to leave the Customer Care Department from calling up with complaints. Now, if a Manual was in the purchase, not too many people would be calling the Customer Care Department. Don't forget to get your Five (5) Year Warranty. A Must Have!
mine does something strange it sit's at 75 then goes to 74 at night but if you push the light on it jumps up to 75 then back down right when the light turns off.
How do I turn the fans off because it’s on auto in my apartment and the fans keep blowing and I want to turn it off. I have central air in my apartment .

Hi Monica, there's a switch that reads "FAN" below the screen. If it is set to ON it will run the fan continuously, if it is set to AUTO it will cycle the fan on only when the heating or cooling system is on. I hope that answers your question. I live in Kcmo and its hotter than shit here and I'm dying without my AC🥵 plz help. I tried calling tech support 1 hour before they closed and kept getting kicked off the line until they eventually closed and couldn't take my call. I searched the internet looking for a way to fix it and now I'm at a dead end🤦🏻♀️
The only suggestion on our end would be to try pressing/holding the glowing button at the top of the thermostat. If that doesn't work try contacting Pro1 about this issue.
I wish I had the non-program thermostat. Mine keeps changing the temp to 83 degrees every night. I have to get up about 12am to change it back down. I tried to program it, but it still comes up that 83 degrees!! I need to change it!!!
Yes the glow lite shut off I changed batteries not working now no read out how to reset it fan works weather so nice was gonna shut it off all day help
Hi Christine, sorry to hear this. The glow function should illuminate for several hours after exposure to ambient light. If it is not it may something wrong with the thermostat.

Now reading on the internet really doesn't give me what I'm looking for. Put another series about Programming a Pro 1 T-701 Thermostat. It's not as easy as you think. I programmed my Thermostat to 78, with the "CL," reading 78. Is this correct? If not, do explain in depth details how to be comfortable within your own home! Very misleading. Makes you feel less qualified for the job. It's not difficult to give good advice about a product you work with. Makes Customer's like your presentation to be able to do this set-up Thank You! Gayle!

A Thermostat reads your Sq. Ft. I have 1400, so why am I seeing a: Set Time I have to perform? Then close my A/C Amps, then turn on? You have any idea how much is being pulled from your Amps when doing these steps over & over again? Then you have to hold down +/- together? As I said: you need a better designer for this Unit. I program the top set degrees, then I see the same set of Degrees on the thermostat, and now I see an outside weather which reads one degree higher, which constantly keeps this Thermostat running until it reaches outside in degrees? This shouldn't be a delay to stop when at correct temperature. If it is made better, I want a FREE THERMOSTAT ON ACCOUNT OF PRO1 T-701. We H/O know how to keep an Apartment in working condition. Now, if the Unit which was purchased by me is not giving any information about anything I purchased, I blame the entire Company which put this item/s out on Market!
Don’t buy a product that these guys can explain how to hook to your Internet obviously they just want to charge $400 service call if they don’t have a step-by-step to set up do not trust jokers like this

Mine reads “LO” and the AC wont go on. It says room temp is at “75 F” but it’s much hotter than that. How to fix??
If it reads "LO" this means your batteries in your unit are losing power.
Replace all batteries.

I bent the prongs on device out more for better contact with battery and low battery light stopped
The glow in the dark light stays on all the time and runs my batteries down, then it causes system to heat up...
The only suggestion on our end would be to try pressing/holding the glowing button at the top of the thermostat. If that doesn't work try contacting Pro1 about this issue.
