I hope you savored the moment. Even though this event is pretty historic, and an amazing feat, because of the circumstances surrounding the tour during Mexico, and because of how negatively things from the Mexico part of the tour both turned out, and have been received by railfans, I don't think 2816 will return to Mexico for a while, if ever.

Desde su llegada se dijo que venian dos máquinas de apoyo y es de entenderse pues la 2816 tiene casi 100 años y el recorrido es largiiiisimo.

Esa SD70 suena espectacular! Que lastima que hayan dejado de lado los motores 2 tiempos de las EMD.... desde que lo hicieron lamentablemente su calidad cayó demasiado!
Son potentes aun aunque no sean todo Terreno como las Gevo
Creo que es una SD70ACUs si no me equivoco lo digo por la parte trasera donde se encuentra el freno dinámico está en forma de T y si no por favor corríjanme compañeros.

@@GEVOlutionCPKC Es que tu estas comparando las SD70 que tiene México que son las T4, eso es malisimo. Estas SD70 con los motores 2T EMD que eran los originales, son muchisimo mejores que las GEVO, y competian de cara a cara con GE... hasta que se pusieron a cambiar la planta motriz para las T4
