Government should take measureable steps to boos up tractor industry. Removing taxes on mechanization of agriculture is better than launching subsidy schemes.

واہ واہ بہت شاندار کہا کہ ایک کسان اگاتا ھے تو سارا دیش کھاتا ھے ، میں نے اس ضمن میں شہری آبادی کی نمائندگی کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ایک مزدور فیکٹری میں لوم چلاتا ھے تو دیش کے سارے کسانوں کی ننگی ٹوئی کو ڈھکنے کا کپڑا بناتا ھے ، کسانوں کو چاہئے کہ لوم مزدور کی عزت کریں ۔
آپ نے کہاں دیکھا ہے کہ کسان مزدوروں کی عزت نہیں کرتے۔
بلکہ یہ بات بھی غلط نہیں ہوگی کہ بہت سے چھوٹے کسانوں کے بچے مزدوری بھی کررہے ہوتے ہیں۔
مزدوروں کی محنت کی اپنی جگہ بہت قدر ہے، کسانوں کی اپنی جگہ بہت قدر ہے، اس میں کسانوں کی بات پہ ناراض ہونا تو نہیں بنتا۔

Indeed you are the first human being in Pakistan who have knowledge what should b like a tractor in 2021 in Pakistan ... Otherwise our farmers and educated farmers expect change in 100,200,300 series of Massey Ferguson 70years old tractor which is impossible.... Actually from 50 to 100 hp Category Massey Ferguson England now producing in 2600,2700 series which is the change but here every but still in this era every body is so ignorant that expect change in 200 series... Unfortunately, these millat, ghazi kuchra mafia production companies have been blocked the way of latest technology tractorization in Pakistan even small medium cheap price 50 to 80hp... And if Toyota carolla 86 you produce in 2021 and say it as 2021 modal... So any of the uneducated farmer will accept it as modal of the year.... If no then why millat, ghazi Mafia+ government are still producing 1970 modal Tractor and sale it as modal of the year....
Thank you very much for your input and analysis. Actually, most of the Farmers have least adoptability trend towards new technologies and in the same way, our local companies have also played a very minute role in development of the products.
@@PakAgriculture thank for your valuable reply sir... Now , we are optimistic that engineer and good people like you have an eye on what's going on and what is the history and what we have to do... Other wise even big farmer's , land lord don't think about what is the latest technology only showing performances and even tractoro up to 80hp we can produce of latest cheap technology with low consumption, higher torque, epi reduction excel,strong tube wi Tu highly PTO hp @540 rotation rpm. Strong differential block ,excel to carry high loaded trolley... At the end thanks from the core of my heart.... Alot of respect from kpk mardan.....

Most of you tubers from Pakistan regarding agriculture spread dis information because thay have nothing to do with agriculture. Very few like you have personal experience and what thay say make a sense.
Please keep it up, I highly appreciate your efforts.

Thank you so much for your compliments, Dear Mr. Ejaz Baber, actually this video was not planned and scheduled to be recorded. It was just a chitchat with my family which recorded and uploaded in a rough way.
I have planned to focus Tractor Industry emphasizing the needs & wants of our farmers community, selection criteria of tractor's HP keeping in view of operational requirements of fields, prominent features of tractors and their usage because most of the features are being ignored by our farmers / tractor operators.
As far as your concern about YTO, surely, I will conduct a presentation about all tractor makes especially new entrants, their challenges in our Pakistani Markets, Reasons of Failures and Suggestions about to uprise the Tractor Industry and Tractor Business on all levels including Government, Tractor Companies, Authorized and Private Showroom Owners and also Farmers as well.
