As long as you have human capital, you will always need HR Personnel Management like employee relations for investigations and HRBP’s For business strategy…it will help HR leverage more predictive business analytics centered around turnover or leave management etc.

Current AI screening and filtering is crap. But it will improve very quickly to replace sourcers and recruiters. I used chatgpt to revise my resume and it worked. The next area where AI will replace will be payrolls and benefits administration. Followed by learning and development (honestly this area is super easy to replace - i see so many "l&d" experts that are crap among the rare 2% that really impresses you). The last will be business partnering that i fail to see how it can

Administrative part can be taken care off by AI but it cannot formulate starategic policies, planning and advisory role of HR to an employee and employer.
And your video is not clear too. It feels like u r talking like a robot or u r not at all aware of what HR is. All you have talked about is the administrative aspect.

Nah i don't think It'll replace HR, it'll only make their work easier, resulting in less no of HR folks being hired by companies, because they won't need a lot of people to do the same work because few people will be able to do the same work with the help of AI. to completely replace an HR's work you AI so advanced that it can replicate an exact human, HRs have to deal with a lot of people everyday, they are the mediators between management and the employees, imagine an employee complaining about his appraisal to an AI bot. that sounds stupid.

Yes already HR has seen a decrease in job openings, offshoring to much cheaper countries. Soon AI will take over HR

Also there will be a smaller workforce in the future naturally you don't need a large hr team anymore.

This response is not automated. Ai could have made a more intelligent comment than yours.

HR needs to become Organizational Development (after all, HR hijacked Org Dev, but HR can only deal with the soft factors of Org Dev - no clue on the hard factors). Chief HR Officers can become Senior Administration Officers, and the CHRO title can transition to Chief Org Dev Officer.

Yes AI will replace HR. there are far more hr now doing operational hr than you think. The actual pp who are going strategic hr are far and few. And who says AI can't learn strategic HR? Give them 5 yrs the entire field will change

Hi there. You make a point about the potential for AI to transform HR, particularly in operational roles where automation streamlines processes. It's true that AI is advancing and may well take on more strategic HR functions as it evolves.
However, there's also a strong argument that certain human elements of HR, such as empathy, ethical judgment, and complex interpersonal interactions, might not be fully replicable by AI.
This blend of human and machine capabilities could shape a new, hybrid future for HR. We assume only time will tell.
