Hey Buddies
I've created this Patreon page to help with the production of my guitar tutorial videos. I'm not planning to change what I already do and I will continue to respond to requests regardless of someone being a contributor or not. I have therefore set the patron amount at the lowest level of just $1 for those who wish to show their appreciation and to help with the purchase of strings, picks, music paper, sharpie pens, hard drives and cups of tea.
Thank you
Jase

Brilliant! The stuff you're playing on the verses, I thought were Ronson double tracking with another guitar doing Keith Richards' style Open G riffs....obviously not!! Another winner.
Your the man Jason. Love Mick Ronson too. Well done.
Thanks for the nice lesson. Love it!
Wonderful stuff as ever Jase. What a song!
Great album!
Fantastic playing and fantastic lesson! Keep up the good work, Jason!
Thank you :)

What are your thoughts on how to reproduce the original distortion?
OK JASON BOWIEEEEE CIAAAAOOOOOO
Shakey threw a party that lasted all night
Everybody drank a lot of something nice
There was an old-fashioned band of married men
Looking up to me for encouragement - it was so-so
The ladies looking bad but the music was sad
No one took their eyes off Lorraine
She shimmered and she strolled like a Chicago moll
Her feathers looked better and better - it was so-so
Yeah! it was time to unfreeze
When the Reverend Alabaster danced on his knees
Slam! So it wasn't it a game
Cracking all the mirrors in shame
Watch that man! Oh honey, watch that man
He talks like a jerk but he could eat you with a fork and spoon
Watch that man! Oh honey, watch that man
He walks like a jerk but he's only taking care of the room
Must be in tune
A Benny Goodman fan painted holes in his hands
Shakey hung him up to dry
The pundits were joking, the manholes were smoking
Every bottle battled with the reason why
The girl on the phone wouldn't leave me alone
A throw back from someone's LP
A lemon in a bag played a Tiger Rag
And the villains on the screen stopped bleeding
Yeah! I was shaking like a leaf
For I couldn't understand the conversation
Yeah! So I ran to the street, looking for information
Watch that man, oh honey Watch that man (repeat ad inf.)
Keep cool, baby
